We love its functionality and user friendliness in every module we use. When searching for a new TMS a little over a year ago, Broker Pro went above and beyond our list of expectations delivering a product that was superior to our older TMS. The support we have with these guys far outweighs any in the business. They take pride in their product enough to answer the phone and assist to troubleshoot any issue at hand promoting great customer satisfaction. It got to the point that we were ahing to deal with support more than the carriers or customers. > > **Puntos en contra**: Their support staffs arogant attitude and always blaming other systems for their owne failures. I can show you right now at least 40-50 issues within their TMS sytem that we have shown them on multiple occasions of siad issues and all BP Support says is "No on else is having this issue so its your computer, or systems causing the conflict." And they never go any further or doa nything other than close our tickets out. > > I wouldnt deal with these poeple again. They charge you a setup fee for every integration even though they have the integration already setup and just have to turn it on. Just about every TMS out now does not cahrge you for those but BP tries to maximize their profits. THe system is old and outdated Legacy System and not even a good cloud system. They have alot of delays and issues with their systems and their support staff are slow to listen to their customers. They are well priced, no contracts which is great\! I love that we can email mass email from within the system. You are able to send customers updates directly from the system. You are able to customize the check calls and status how you like that. You are able to group the load board by dispatcher or sales person. The staff is super friendly and they take your needs seriously. ALSO -- they are integrated with SaferWatch and MCP so it's super great about making sure you are on top of your carrier's status and insurance. > > **Puntos en contra**: One thing would be to make it easier to create primary carriers and put the carriers into groups to email.
