Buen software, nos ha ayudado mucho gestionar las actividades de nuestros empleados

La facilidad con la que introduces actividades y son comunicadas. Los informes de los que puedes disponer. Son de gran ayuda.
Contras:
Echo de menos la posibilidad de crear actividades que se repiten en el tiempo sin la necesidad de copiar y pegar.

Have been using this software for three rosters for about 5 years
Comentarios: we manage rosters over 3 sits (soon to be 4). However the cost of paying for multiple rosters that do not link to our paysystem is becoming prohibitive and we are actively looking for an integrated payroll / roster / timeclock package.
Puntos a favor:
easily accessible for staff, good visuals and easy to use. Some staff are abler to link to the phone calendars which is helpful
Contras:
The phone app is not great for me so always use desktop version on my phone, which can be problematic. there should be a setting that forces automatic refresh as sometimes staff will be looking at a roster and not realise it has changed.

easy to use, never glitches, good software
Contras:
no HR functionality eg uploading documents etc
On balance, good.
Comentarios: Part of our set-up now, wouldn't be without it.

Spreadsheet like planning, extensive reporting, comms with staff
Contras:
Staff app is clunky and doesn't really make communications / shift requests easy to manage, not able to use app as admin, inability to make visual templates for planning.

Comentarios: Very simple, easy and visual. We dont use the messaging service but can see how this would be a great advantage to larger teams.

Easy to work from PC and app on phones. 8 week template structure which makes it easy to upload shifts. Can make changes without 'publishing' them so it gives the manager time to make changes before finalising
Contras:
No complaints. The team likes it ease of it. I like it as a manager.

It is slightly on the pricey side for small business of around 6 -10 employees. We dont need the scheduling and a lot of the other features but we do need the ability to track clocking in and out of 6/7 employees

Comentarios: Been using it for over 10yrs & very comfortable with it, yet still discovering further functionality on a daily basis.

Simple & Clear Visuals, simple functionality
Contras:
N/A - Nothing negative to say, other than in our case specifically perhaps, ease & depth of integration with Xero, there are other packages perhaps further developed in that regard.

Great value for price
Comentarios: Good for the purpose we are using, but very difficult to integrate other administrative services. You need multiple softwares to do an HR admin.

A relatively easy to use employee management and scheduling solution for a reasonable price. Ideal for small remote teams and for office environment.
Contras:
Outdated platform design, some features are challenging to use. It is costly to use for multiple departments of the same company. No API connection to my understanding and no mobile access which makes it impossible to adapt in non-office like environment. Some reporting features missing, others are not useful for remote operations.

Excellent Scheduling Software
Comentarios: Fantastic, easy to use, both on desktop and on the app. Everything I need and a load more functions that I don't even use that might appeal to others too.
Puntos a favor:
The scheduling format is very simple and intuitive. I've used it for two different businesses, one only employing up to 10 people and one that employed 60+ and found it just as useful for both.
Contras:
It's only minor - I've received feedback from the team that they don't appreciate the reminders about upcoming shifts especially when it comes through on their scheduled days off. If this feature could be an opt-in rather than opt-out that would help.
