Standard for Incident reporting
Comentarios: This is really the industry standard in incident reporting in the health sector. This allows trusts to capture all of the required information in order to conduct an investigation.
Puntos a favor:
Straightforward to complete incident forms - answering a questions will open up other options/questions that are related to the answer given.
Contras:
It takes some time to set up. Having been involved in the set up at a different trust I know this can be time consuming and takes some attempts to get right.
