Paymo es una solución en línea con todas las funciones dedicada a empresas y autónomos que trabajan en proyectos para gestionar estos proyectos de principio a fin.
The customer support is RAPID and knowing that I'm speaking to good humans is that authentic extra that many other platforms lack.
The timeline for viewing schedules was very hard to use and my team and I just oped to ignore our managers push to use Paymo's timeline scheduling and use google calendar.

Comentarios: La verdad que llevo con Paymo desde 2008, muchos años... y siempre digo que si no mides la rentabilidad de los proyectos estás muerto, de qué nos sirve vender y hacer muchos proyectos los cuales perdemos horas o mejor dicho dinero... es alucinante ver como las horas pasan y si no haces nada por controlarlo o revisarlo tu negocio te aseguro que va durar poco.
Puntos a favor:
La versión desktop es una herramienta muy rápida, con buscares muy potentes y la UX muy bien trabajada. Y para la ficha del proyecto hay muchas opciones para su gestión, así como la API.
Contras:
El APP es algo que es muy complejo de usar, no por lo que puede hacer sino por su usabilidad. También el Dashboard es muy básico y sencillo que aporta muy poco.
Completo, estructurado y facil de usar
Comentarios: Tenemos una buena experiencia, nos ayuda a mejorar la organización de los proyectos legales, enriqueciendo el software con las integraciones que permite.

I don't need many functions and I can't block the timesheets, I risk that the employees change the hours after I have done the reports. Paymo is not integrated with asana, we use Asana for task management and instagantt for gantt, and we have to copy task from asana to paymo. Asana is easier to use for managing tasks

Thank you for the review Fernando, we appreciate it. An approval and lock option for timesheets is something that we plan to add. We don't integrate with Asana because we have our own task management features: kanban, gantt, My tasks, My day, Teams tasks etc.

Excellent task- and time tracking software for small agencies
Puntos a favor:
Task management and time tracking is baked into ONE system so you pay once, not for two different systems. Easy to use like Asana, but packed with more functionality, like Clickup – but much better than either.
Contras:
Paymo can’t (yet) set a price per word for invoicing articles, and due to legal requirements in the UK, I have to export invoices to Quickbooks and send them from there rather than directly from Paymo.

Comentarios: Overall very satisified. I wish Paymo would offer more customization and more robust templates, or a clever AI assistant which analyzes my usage and makes suggestions to save me more time.

I like that Paymo can be used with different setups and requirements. As a freelancer, I can set up my clients, my projects and keep track of all of them. It's a critical app for me.
Contras:
The mobile app needs more refinement. As i invite guests over to my project dashboard, I am currently unable to notify them whenever I post a comment. This has been unsresolved for a while so I barely use the app.
Paymo review
Puntos a favor:
Easy to track time and see calendar view on timesheets to visualise your day. Easy to create a project and great to see different viewing options such as table or gantt depending on how you need to visualise a project.
Contras:
Scheduling/resource management could be better. We can't register the time that an employee may work every week as some are part-time. (as far as I know) And we can't build out a person's day in a calendar style similar to timesheets to dictate when they should be working on something.

Hi Rachel, Thank you for the feedback, we appreciate it. Please note that by using the Day view in Team scheduling you can set specific time intervals the user should be working on the tasks.
Great but could improve
Comentarios:
It saves me time, especially with invoicing, I use it daily for my work.
It feels a bit unfriendly at time when I get to the website. Many tabs, some missing options unless I upgrade to the most costly version. But overall indispensable. I have recommended it to other companies already. Also, the sync with google calendar doesn't work for me. Maybe I didn't configure it properly but I tried several times. The time don't appear in any other calendar than on the Paymo website.
Puntos a favor:
It's simply the cheapest option for time tracking, project management + automatic invoicing. Unfortunately some essential features need upgrading each time. It is sad that we don't get more with Small Office than Kaban. Still, it is the cheapest for making clean invoices.
Contras:
It lacks some project management options such as adding description text or brief to projects. Ideally it should be visible on one screen -> Project summary then the list of tasks.
Love Paymo! Would highly recommend it!

We love the time tracking and project management combined in Paymo, it allows for 1 tool for our team rather than having multiple softwares to do what we need. We use time tracking + the task/project management heavily, so it's awesome to have it in 1 product.
Contras:
There's just some small features I think that will come that would be great. Some minor things, like adding expenses from the project view for example. But it's great we can add feedback and suggest edits.

I've been using Paymo for years, and I don't plan to switch. It's easy to use, reasonably priced, and it is continuously updated and improved.
Contras:
I don't use the project management features because I don't need them. So for me, that aspect is overkill. But I am sure other people need those features.

Comentarios: It has helped our org so much. Great customer service. Intuitive. Affordable. I am excited to learn even more features and use it to its full potential.

Contras:
I only wish I could integrate google cal into the app and not just the browser. For less tech-savvy users, it has been slightly challenging to navigate, but that's expected. I'm more tech fluent, and I find it very intuitive.
Basic time tracker. Ok quality.

Basic use is very easy. I like that service has mobile app mac app that I use daily.
Contras:
The mac app should support more than just time tracking. You should at least be able to see the card information. Sometimes if multiple people are put on the same card it is annoying if the card is in process if you are not yourself active on that card. Also all the cards that you are tagged in, do not show up to your own task list.
Project management, social media management, estimate management - all with Paymo!
Comentarios: My main job is creating websites for my customers. I use Paymo to track projects, send offers etc. I also have an e-commerce site, and I use Paymo for marketing activities planning - like what end when to post and when to send e-mails.

Easy to set up, easy to continue using. a favorite feature is that I can make my project templates, offer templates etc. Customizable templates save me lot of time and makes my small company look professional. I like sync possibilities with Google calendar.
Contras:
I would like to have labeling system fro task.

Review of an architectural firm
Comentarios: Happy overall. The app could improve if small daily tasks could be included.
Puntos a favor:
The clear time tracking combined with the project overview gives us as a good overview of the company.
Contras:
The daily tasks of empoyees are not in use. This could be improved. Other apps seem better at daily tasks and small daily overviews. We use paymo more for the 'bigger picture'.

Regarding the daily tasks, please make sure to take advantage of the My day view which integrates with your calendar and shows the tasks that are due on that date. Also the My tasks view is a good way to group the tasks assigned specifically to you.

Almost tailor made for my needs
Comentarios: Overly positive, I’ve been researching for a tool long and wide and tried 20+ options. This one was the closest to perfection for me.
Puntos a favor:
The ease of tracking the work, employees time, billables and efforts. Extremely well presented clients timesheets and work with shareable links.
Contras:
There is space for improvement on tasks, and discussion tab feels like it can be upgraded with documentation and notes input options. There is a bit of improvement for task workflows for my liking.
Paymo is my best friend
Comentarios: Paymo allows me to stay on track, plan my time and tasks accordingly to their importance and priority. My firm has been using it for several years and it's great tool.

It helps me to plan my day and schedule my tasks. it allows my to track time spent on different projects by my and my team and therefore to assign work to different team members more effectively.
Contras:
That I cannot plan the tasks in real time (the calendar like feature) or that after assigning time to a certain task the day is not planned by Paymo.

Life-changer for my daily use
Comentarios: Very satisfied, I use it continuously to track my time (I have a dozen customers) and today I couldn't do without it.

Thanks to Paymo, I can easily keep track of all my projects and their sub-tasks. I can juggle my different tasks with great ease. I use Paymo via the calendar view, and their widget for tracking software use on my PC. The tool is very well thought out, there are regular and very relevant developments, and their support is very responsive.
Contras:
Task management is almost perfect, although a more complete editor is missing, which would allow you, for example, to copy and paste images instead of fetching them from the PC.
