Comentarios: I like the ease of use and efficiency that this platform offers are really impressive.

I love the custom forms feature that I can create since I don't have to worry about paperwork and messy administration of intake forms. My clients can easily fill out the forms online prior to their appointment, and all the information is automatically stored in their patient profile.

Contras:

the platform offers me a wide range of features and customizations, sometimes the number of options available can be overwhelming. Sometimes I find myself browsing through various tabs and settings to find exactly what I need, which can get a bit confusing.

Comentarios: It has been a great experience. From the start we have learned so much and have created a very large database and complicated ordering process.

Contras:

Industry specific limitations. Mobile app would be nice (a working one)Calendar syncing issues over the years. Nor allowing travel time. Those issues seem to have been fixed (yay!)Zip code filtering for Canada with a large amount of postal codes would be nice

- Very very bad support even in Business Plan. They promise to arrange a dedicated phone number in Business Plan. I asked for a dedicated phone number and it has been over 1 month and no solution. Support team even does not reply my messages for over 15 days !!! - I have been using this program for over 3 years and the system is buggy. They always release new version but in each version system gets buggier

Not easy to use from backoffice from mobile

After 10 years with another software we have change on timetap. Complete and power solution. Not easy to use quickly and from backoffice is not easy to manage appointment on mobile device. From this point of view, the older software is better..

Amazing support & customer service! Makes using and building out our appointment scheduler easy.

Comentarios: The software has allowed us to move toward online registration for the majority of our classes, which is still a work-in-progress (2+ years since we started) . The support from the staff (Lucy, Elvis, etc.) has been phenomenal. They've taught me a great deal about how to structure our online registration and utilize the feature to support our needs. I work for a large organization, made up of a diverse group of programs that almost function independently. From a support perspective, my experience has been phenomenal. Lucy has been instrumental in teaching me the software, helping use set up our registration site, transition from checkappointments to timetap, as well as take back functionality requests and address our technical issues.

Puntos a favor:

The new interface (timetap) is more intuitive and user friendly. Amazing and responsive tech support and customer service! All of the support staff have been fantastic and extremely responsive. A big shout out to Lucy, who has been a support star, from the onboarding process to 2+ years of regular support. She's conducted countless calls with me to provide how-tos, recommendations to best structure our site, and addressed functionality enhancement requests and technical issues. I can't express how grateful I am for this type of support!

Contras:

Not all features are intuitive; there is a learning curve to understand and administer the service/software.

TimeTap has worked pretty well for my small chiropractic clinic

Comentarios: It has worked mostly well, but a few glitches.

I like that once a patient schedules, they get reminders sent to them automatically.

Contras:

Patients trying to schedule on a mobile phone have a difficult time. I get many complaints from patients that they can't reschedule or see everything they need to see on a mobile phone. It is because TimeTap needs to create a more mobile friendly version of the scheduler or create an app for patients/clients to use.

Scheduling made EZ!

I have the option to do what I want using this platform. I love how easy I can set up multiple locations, input services, accept payments.

Contras:

When using the mobile app, everytime I close the screen, can even come back one second later and I'll have to sign back in. The bank doesn't even close out that fast, lol. But I still love it.

Very intuitive and great customer service. There is not any feature of the platform I was not able to customize except a place where the time zones displayed. When I asked about it, they added it to be updated in the next release!

Contras:

The communication / email tool was more difficult to manage than I would have liked. Everything else in the tool is so intuitive and easy to navigate I felt like the email tool took too much time to customize and enable/disable.

Comentarios: Streamlining the appointment scheduling process. The ease and convenience to accept appointment requests and/or change if needed. The appointment confirmation and reminders are most helpful too.

Puntos a favor:

Simple and easy to use for clients and our staff. Great flexibility for changing schedules. Calendar sync process is smooth.

Contras:

A more noticeable place to have clients upload documents when making appointments. The ability for clients to upload documents without having to book an appointment.

I love that my clients are able to go directly to a site and book an appointment without having to include me in the process. This really helps to cut down on scheduling times and issues. On a side note the staff there is amazing and always a pleasure to deal with. One of the Representative specifically has helped me numerous times with any questions or concerns i have had over the years and she has been great! Super friendly and knowledgeable. This also goes for few more representatives! All great!

Ability to customize services and classes is a tremendous asset to this software. The best part is the support.

Contras:

Too many clicks and difficult to navigate on a mobile device is at the top of my cons. Check out should be quicker. Tracking packages is also too complicated and too many clicks.

Time Tap is the best scheduling platform

Comentarios: Amazing, the customer support team is ridiculously helpful. It took a long time to get the platform running properly and the Time Tap team was happy to schedule multiple training sessions and answered about 100 of my email questions in a timely fashion.

My tutoring business uses many libraries throughout the San Francisco Bay area and New York to host tutoring lessons. I've tried all of the scheduling platforms and none could handle the multiple locations except for Time Tap. The user experience is super intuitive and easy. I've tried every online scheduler and this one is by far the best.

Contras:

It could have some more functionality around repeating appointments.

user friendly app

the company which work for purchased timetap to easily recontact our study participants which we kept losing. what i like about the app is the easy use for both myself as an operator and for the end client, the customer support are very quick to respond to questions and is friendly as well.

Contras:

to be honest i haven't encountered major problems while using this app except one time where i got a notification sms for a client booking but i couldn't see it in the screen. i have contacted the customer service and they were very quick to act and solve the issue.

I love the accessibility and the ability to see your whole schedule in front of you. The fact that it is available anywhere is amazing!

Hard to understand at first but once I was able to get the hang of it, it became second nature. Probably a lot harder for newer users.

Reporting is not great. Or able to slice and dice as much as I would like. End up having to do a lot more work in excel after. Do not like that I cannot pre assign clients to coaches. Means we have to manage part of process out of system
