Its got limited export capability and some granular metrics I like to follow seem to be missing. Their add-on/upgrade structure also feels uneven and confusing.

Comentarios: Tidio mejoró la experiencia con el cliente mediante una comunicación más eficiente entre el equipo de soporte y los clientes. Además del seguimiento en tiempo real los de visitantes.

Puntos a favor:

El punto más interesante es que se integra con una variedad de plataformas, la que más me importa es WordPress, además con Shopify, WooCommerce entre otras. Tiene un bot de chat que puede responder preguntas frecuentes de los clientes y brindar información útil incluso cuando los agentes de soporte no están disponibles.

Contras:

Lo que menos te ha gustado de Tidio son las limitaciones en la personalización de la versión gratuita. Otro punto bajo es el precio, especialmente si las empresas buscan acceder a funciones más avanzadas y personalizadas.

Quick response to the customer

Comentarios: Sometimes when customers communicated through chat, they had to wait the time that the flow of conversations at the time required to be attended to. Since Tidio was implemented, they do not have to wait because the answers are automatic and are understandable, giving a solution to the question

It has been a fabulous tool to be able to resolve customer queries through live chat much faster, many times without the need to transfer to an advisor. Frequently asked questions that are easy to answer are done by the AI, which reduces the flow of conversations. It helps improve the productivity of operators by being able to focus on more special cases that require more attention

Contras:

No, there is nothing to dislike about Tidio, the whole process has been fabulous, which benefits the company

Comentarios: Used to solve:- Last step customer conversion- Abandoned cart marketing/ lead generation (via emails)

I've been using it for 3 days, I really like the ease to use and to install, it allows me to be on the go and still reply to customers. Also the chatbot workflow is very extensive and customizable.

Contras:

That said ther is a MASSIVE miss for me on the chat: I would like to send voice notes directly, I've been selling on social media for over 2 years and there is nothing the customers like more than to receive a tailor made audio message for them, also for me it's so useful and fast (more so when I'm on the go.

Razones para cambiar a Tidio: Chatbot was trash, and whatsapp is VERY comfortable for me, but it adds an extra screen switching (to start the chat you have to redirect to whatsapp), also it exposes the customer to giving their phone number (which they maybe wouldn't want to do) lastly it would leave no option for PC users, because they don't have whatsapp.

Support team is like waiting for Christmas

Comentarios: I got sucked into the Tidio marketing, got excited, decided to add it to our website, and then it would not connect to my domain. I followed the available tutorials, but still couldn't connect it to our domain. I asked for support days ago, and it's been crickets.

Not sure. I can't even get the app working, and the support team has been unavailable for days - another bad sign.

Contras:

I least like never getting a response from the support team. I can't even tell if this is a good app on not.

A very simple signup and login process.Fast facilities, ease of use.No code required, very deliverable.

Contras:

There's quite a few tools to get through at the moment so haven't had the chance to fully analyse the downsides. Subscriptions are always a pain, but that comes with the software territory.l

A must-have for businesses that rely on online sales

Comentarios: We have used facebook widgets and similar in the past but Tidio has been leaps and bounds ahead of that. The analytics and the tracking of user behavior is on point. The ease of creating chat bots and canned responses and the overall look and presentation of the widget, as well as seamless integration with Wordpress makes us feel like it's going to be great for business. We are still in the free trial and have already received one booking because the customer was able to ask for a discount code through chat. We love it.

Puntos a favor:

I love being able to create our own chat bots to answer customer questions quickly and easily. Being able to track their behaviors, re-marketing return visitors to the site and initiate conversations based on what they are looking at. Many people won't call to ask a question and prefer to chat and being able to have that capability and do it effectively is going to change the way we do our online sales.

Contras:

The templates have not been entirely helpful for us as we are a unique industry (escape rooms). Most of what I've done I have had to set up manually from scratch. Luckily, that has been pretty easy to do. If it integrated with our booking software Resova it would also open up so much for us.

The Tideo Chat Experience

Comentarios: It was good because I synced it to my computer, phone and tablet. I set it to notify me with a ding, so that in most circumstances I would know if someone needed assistance. It isn't an AI chat experience that answers general questions, so emails are used to communicate for all basic information as well as more detailed info.

It helped me to communicate with my customers when I wasn't able to be online.

Contras:

It is a little difficult to use at first. The learning curve was lengthy for me. Also, I had computer security problems because I was using it with Wordpress and I didn't have a good security running. If using with Wordpress, security must be good and kept up to date. I later found a good free system that solved my problems.

Tidio has unique features like canned responses that help me respond to clients faster than normal, as well the live typing context also helps me realize the client's issue faster for quicker responses. Overall, Tidio has fair pricing compared to other live chat software tool

The mobile application does not sync up well with the desktop application and the mobile application, consumes a lot of phone battery much as you can optimize, it requires running in the background which drains a lot of battery
