The switching process was easy, the customer support was great, and all of the features i was looking for in a software were there for a third of the price of Mindbody.
I just hate software in general. I'm not tech savvy, so this whole undertaking made me really nervous.

Wellness Living over ANY other competitor!
Comentarios: Wellness living is streamlined, totally user friendly, and priced just right. The simplicity of the system is what sold me. After using a competitors product for over a year and feeling let down and still confused about how to create and manage classes, I made the switch to Wellness Living. They are always quick with responses whenever I need help and are incredibly supportive even when I have a silly question. For any small studio owner like myself I would highly recommend Wellness Living over ANY other competitor.

There is better software than this!
Comentarios: 5/10. Was not the best support I’d have hoped to receive as they take days to respond.

They have a staff app that works well for our coaches to check people in and out and purchase things.
Contras:
It looks like a kids crayon coloring book. The UI is awful. It’s clunky and not easy to set up things. POS system is bad bad. You have to open so many tabs.

Wellnessliving is top notch!
Comentarios: We previously used Mindbody for our booking platform. There's no comparison when it comes to tech support as well as all the other helpful features. Follow. up emails and resources to access if needed.

Great system for staying in touch with your clients!

Sometimes the system is a little slow. And, occasionally, the system is unavailable for longer than expected, which causes scheduling problems.

Wellness Living has been such a great change from my last CRM platform. It is SO much more user friendly and has an intuitive design to allow teaching your staff how to use it so easy. I love the text options and the white label app too. The app has taken my business to the next level for sure! :)
Contras:
I want my clients to easily see their attendance history so they can push themselves to reach new milestones at the studio. I want emails to clients to reflect my hex colors and to offer cool layouts.

Comentarios: The overall experience has been great. Onboarding was smooth and our data import was nearly seamless. I find the software intuitive, and the few times I haven't been ale to figure something out on my own support has been prompt and helpful

Comentarios: I had a few questions and concerns about the pricing with wellness living and the rates and such with the credit card companies. [sensitive content hidden] Took the time to break everything down explain to me everything, and then pushed hard to get some rates down as I had been a client with them for over two years! I am so grateful for his hard work and all of his follow ups!!

Comentarios: Decent experience. On-boarding was great but the program didn’t live up to the way I was told it would. Customer service has been great.

Find another system! this review is from a user of 8 (long) years with WL
Comentarios: they are not the best software and we have tried to love them tried to give them time to fix the issues (8 years long enough, you think?), but they are slow moving to fix things and fast moving to add upgrades that are untested and don't work when you try to implement them anyway. You have to pay for services you don't use nor plan to ever use and you cannot trust that any part of their system will work on any given day. its hugely unreliable. Sometimes appointments show up as paid and sometimes they don't. Sometimes you can send an email and sometimes you can't. Some days everyone gets their texts and the next day the same students don't. sometimes the classes are deducted from the pass and sometimes they aren't. The worst is when you call support they act like your issue is false and that it's not happening on their end and the system is perfect. oh-but since you are experiencing an issue (they don't believe is happening) here is a time consuming and confusing workaround to use. They will never fix the issue. and if they do, trust me the fix is temporary! it will be messed up on the next update. we hold our breaths (that's actually funny when you teach yoga) when WL says hey- update coming! we are like OH NO, whats going to go wrong this time? and how many hours will we have to use to fix it, workaround it and convince support hi, there is a major issue with the system...again. I am writing this review right now because there was another update last Tuesday and a patch fix today and I needed to send out a timed email at noon today, and the system wouldn't even give me the option to send an email at all today. LOL , my partner was like, well what did you expect? and I was like but the email looked so nice, too bad no one will ever see it. :( and I don't want another business to go through what we have been through. Life is too short to use a software that works only when it feels like working. find something else. But if you like troubleshooting and that makes you happy, then this is your best bet for that - you will be very busy! LOL

I like that I can take care of class passes, appointments. and sometimes it works, when it works its great, when it doesn't-well, the rest of the story is later.
Contras:
emails don't work when you need them, updates are not tested at all and cause huge issue upon release. Sales reports are consistently a few dollars off. depends if are you using 2 different computers, different browsers maybe a phone... we crack up. I always ask my partner can you give me the approximate sales today? Its never accurate, ever. Sales tax report is no longer accurate. it was for a couple of years, but the latest update changed that too. Merging duplicate clients and the ability to keep a current client data base is impossible. Updated clients is the heart of a small business. and our poor little biz heart is totally outdated. 1/3 of our client list is outdated because WL won't update their merging system. you must pray (if you pray) that your future clients have never used WL elsewhere in their past.. that old account will be a forever account even if the client WANTS you to update their info. you can't. you will either have duplicate clients or outdated lists. its your choice which style of confusing client lists you prefer. at least WL gives you a choice there, LOL.

Comentarios: An absolute nightmare. Every single time there was an issue or a bug in the software I would have to spend days/weeks working around to have it fixed. Not to mention it’s just a big data mining company. It’s not at all easy for people to sign up for things- they have to create accounts and input all kinds of info to register for anything!!

Absolutely nothing. It’s lipstick on a pig. Software that looks good and is complete garbage. With absolutely ZERO actual support. Takes over a week min to get someone on the phone or deal with issues.
Contras:
It’s hard to say when it’s all terrible.

Comentarios: The onboarding process was fabulous! My dedicated specialist would find the answers to any questions I had. I also utilize the "help line" quite often and I'm always surprised by the quick response and level of concern from the agents who are on call.
Puntos a favor:
The ability to create classes, events, and appointments for my new yoga studio is the part of the software that I use the most. My clients can easily choose from purchase options and book a class from their phone or computer. I also enjoy the varying degree of permissions I can allow for instructors and future employees.
Contras:
When I create an Event, it seems like there are too many settings on the event set up page, and then the purchase option ticket that has to be created to go along with the event. Especially the purchasing rules and use of the early bird discount. Also, the Elevate Staff App does not always refresh class count numbers without a manual refresh from the instructors.

As a brand new business starting, I was guided so professionally from the beginning team at Wellness living to the present. What I like most is that their communication with me is always there if a problem arises when you need help setting up.
Contras:
The company did not know what Venmo was. However, once I discussed how important it was for my website we discussed the problem and it got resolved.
