Optimizar el rendimiento, agregar funciones avanzadas de edición y conversión, mejorar las opciones de colaboración y aumentar la integración con servicios en la nube serían mejoras valiosas que podrían convertir a PDFelement en una solución aún más completa y efectiva para la edición y gestión de documentos PDF.

Un lector y editor PDF que causa agrado a la vista del usuario

Comentarios: El mayor beneficio obtenido en mi trabajo ha sido su herramienta de conversión, que me ha ayudado a procesar archivos de grandes páginas de PDF a Word, ahorrándome tiempo valioso que perdía convirtiendo archivos en línea. También debo mencionar que he conseguido enviar documentos a Dropbox, cargando los archivos directamente desde PDFelement. Por último, también he utilizado su herramienta de optimización, reduciendo el tamaño de los archivos hasta en un 20% sin sacrificar la calidad del documento.

Cuando se menciona PDFelement, resulta inevitable destacar su cómoda interfaz. Tiene un diseño moderno y minimalista, que causa agrado a la vista del usuario. Otro razón positiva por la que me gusta este software, es que sin importar en qué programa se haya creado el archivo PDF, éste podrá editar el documento sin cambiar su estructura. Por ejemplo, al cambiar el texto no cambiará el tipo o tamaño de letra. Otro beneficio que proporciona PDFelement es que permite convertir archivos por lotes, para agilizar el proceso con documentos de muchas páginas.

Contras:

Creo que mi única crítica para este software, es que a partir de sus últimas versiones ha ido solicitando más recursos a los computadores.

Desempeño de Software de Gestión de Archivos Satisfactorio

Comentarios: A pesar del aspecto negativo mencionado, la experiencia con el producto ha sido muy satisfactoria.

Puntos a favor:

El aspecto visual presentado en el producto es de gran utilidad al primer momento del mismo con el cliente, por lo que se considera de gran utilidad e importancia, así como la versatilidad e intuitividad de este para permitir una pendiente de aprendizaje mayor.

Contras:

Ciertas limitaciones en la firma de documentos e inserción de archivos de baja calidad debido a que se ha considerado una tarea habitual así como la baja calidad en las fotos para la digitalización de esta.

Comentarios: La experiencia en general es positiva.

Puntos a favor:

Programa muy intuitivo y fácil de usar sin grandes conocimientos

Contras:

Hay que ir guardando cambios muy a menudo para no tener sorpresas. La memoria se satura pronto y si se acumulan muchos cambios de edición, cuando se guardan esos cambios, no se guardan todos. Tampoco sabría discernir si la causa de este fenómeno se debe al software o al al PC con el que trabajo.

PDFelement firma digitalmente tus documentos

Comentarios: En general mi experiencia fue buena con este producto, mas arriba describí los puntos altos y las contras que a mi entender tiene este software

Puntos a favor:

Fácilmente puedes editar, convertir, a excel, word, etc, también tiene un buen sistema reconocimiento (OCR) que permite buscar y editar palabras, puede combinar varios pdf, realizar acciones por lote, reducir el tamaño de los pdf, comparar diferencias entre dos archivos, etc.

Contras:

Considero que el precio puede ser una de las cosas que menos me gusta y otra es que para acceder a algunas características, es necesario tener una conexión a Internet, lo que puede ser un problema cuando se necesita trabajar con documentos en lugares sin acceso a Internet.

Editor y visor de pdf completo e intuituivo

Puntos a favor:

Las características que tiene, lo fácil que es de manejar y el interfaz amigable que tiene

Contras:

Como suele pasar en estos casos, es el precio, un poco excesivo comparado con programas parecidos

Perfecto editor y lector de PDF

Puntos a favor:

Cuando empecé a usar esta herramienta no tenía muy claro que fuese a funcionar, casi todas ellas te rompen la maquetación de un PDF al hacer la conversión a cualquier otro tipo de documento. Pero para mi sorpresa, no fue así. Te deja el diseño de la misma manera y ahorrándote todo el tiempo que te requería antes la conversión.

Contras:

Solo intenté contactar una vez con algún agente de atención al cliente y aún no tuve una respuesta. Es lo único malo que puedo decir del software.

MUY BUEN EDITOR DE PDFs

Muy buen editor, fácil de usar, software sencillo y liviano, actualizaciones permanentes.

Contras:

nada en contra del software PDFelement.

It has all the features that we could require for PDF document manipulation and many more, which makes it one of the best selections on the market.

Puntos a favor:

One of the biggest advantages of PDFelement is the possibility of converting multiple formats to PDF, in addition to being able to export them again without any complications and with excellent quality in that conversion process. On the other hand, after opening a document on this platform, we can practically do anything, such as incorporating images in different formats, professional quality text editing, electronic signature, and much more.

Contras:

In PDFelement, we can create, edit and collaborate on PDF files in one program without the need to invest a lot of time in the learning curve. Currently, the PDF format implies the use of a portable and universally used document format, in addition to the fact that the file size is considerably reduced, highlighting the security mechanisms associated with this format. On the other hand, the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) feature in PDFelement actually makes the scanned text editable and facilitates transcription between heterogeneous formats considerably.

Review for Free Gift (prefer a Windows Version Please)

Comentarios: I like pdfElement. So far it's introduced no malware into my Mac like the Adobe and extensions were causing. With the exception of this survey request, I've received no replies to my questions via email to your customer support team. This is not acceptable.

Puntos a favor:

I like the "page" layout that allows moving of pages within the document and inserting new pages.

Contras:

1. The inability to "word search" within documents (or at least I haven't figured it out) . 2. The on screen "docusign" signature feature. I cannot figure it out and it is not user friendly to set up document signatures! Very complicated and cumbersome. 3. The inability to have one license (Mac or Windows) to serve me. I have to use 2 different operating systems (one for Mac and one for laptop WIN) in order to access each of the 34 carriers' platforms/systems. Having to purchase 2 separate licenses is costly and one license should permit at least 2 systems or 2 systems of differing platforms. 4. Customer support/communications: non-existinet

PDFelement 6 has issues

Comentarios: I work with PDF documents every day. I don't use a lot of the advanced features, but when I do need them, I want them to work flawlessly, intuitively and efficiently. PDF Element 6 does NOT meet those requirements.

Puntos a favor:

The cost was reasonable since I purchased it on sale. It allows up to 15 tabs to be open at one time and allows multiple instances of the program to run simultaneously.

Contras:

1. It doesn't retain pinned documents. After a while, they become unpinned. Tech support is of no help. They say they can't duplicate the issue and just STOPPED helping me. Now, they ignore my service tickets for help. 2. It doesn't show all the open "tabbed" documents. They tend to disappear and then reappear. 3. Conversion from PDF to a document if very poor, especially to Word. The documents are unusable. A client used their program (Nitro Pro) for me and it was perfect. It's embarrassing when my client has to do a task that they are paying me to do. 4. Creating and using a "stamp" for a signature if very difficult and doesn't work well. 5. Converting a PDF to a form doesn't work well. It takes a lot of work (an hour or longer) to get it usable. 6. Every time the program is upgraded/updated it wipes out the setting for the default PDF program in Windows 10 (latest build) 7. The vertical scroll bar is very small and difficult to "grab" with my cursor. It would be easier to use if it was wider, or at least expanded when the cursor was close to it. 8. The program can run multiple instances, but still limits the total number of documents to 15. 9. I have a lot of issues trying to edit a PDF. It creates blocks of information instead of allowing free-form data entry/manipulation. 10. In PAGE mode, the images of the pages are so small that it's difficult to find the page I'm looking for. There isn't a zoom function so I spend too much time switching back and forth.

Comentarios: It is an all-in-one PDF Software for users who need a Professional PDF Software for viewing, editing, converting, signing, and so many other mind-blowing features for in Office Administration, Accounting, Graphic Design, Tech Professionals, Digital Marketers, etc.

1. The PDF editor is the most impactful PDF Software I have used as it makes viewing, conversion, and file editing smooth. 2. The product is easy to use for new users, and navigation through its panels are pretty easy as well.3. It can be used to Read PDF, Annotate PDF, Create PDF, Combine PDF, Convert PDF, Edit PDF, Compress PDF, Organize PDF, Create PDF Forms, Sign PDF, Protect PDF, Batch Editing of PDF, PDF OCR, and Extract PDF Data.

Contras:

The drawback about the product was slow loading time when launching the product from my laptop.

I love the ease with which I can take apart PDFs, redesign, and put them back together. It is intuitive to use, and I've enjoyed playing with the features! I so appreciate the helpful tips that the company sends through email as well.

Contras:

I'm not that techy or design-savvy- it does exactly what I need it to do, and I don't need a lot of experience to figure it out. No cons as far as I am concerned.

Better That the Others

Contras:

Would not be an objective review if you do not specify some of the shortcomings and mistakes. There are not many of them, but to mention them. Some symbols after OCR are displayed incorrectly and have to be corrected manually. However, this is not critical. There may be some errors in conversion with optical character recognition when converting tables. Sometimes there are some disadvantages of the style, where the fonts are replaced by non-similar signs. There are also conversion errors that contain more than one table. The navigation bar (scroll) on the pages of a PDF document can be made a little wider for convenience.
