Excelente medidor de tiempo

Comentarios: Mi experiencia es aceptable y muy buena ya que mi trabajo ha sido mejor sincronizado con mejor tiempo de calidad y alcanzar mis objetivos laborales como el de mis compañeros , así mismos sus herramientas han mejorado mi contabilidad de gran manera y mejorar mis tiempos . La recomiendo .

Esta aplicación me ha funcionado de gran manera ya que las personas que están en nuestra empresa están cronometradas para así alcanzar un trabajo más rápido y eficientes . Al igual me funciona para medir de cierta manera la contabilidad de la empresa.

Contras:

No hay ninguna desventaja estoy satisfecho con esta aplicación.

el programa es bueno y hace el trabajo basico y tambien se integra con QBO, lo que agiliza el proceso

todavia no esta listo para el horario estelar

Lo que más me ha gustado de este programa es que permite automatizar muchos procesos de una pequeña empresa, como los horarios de los empleados, generar facturas y también informes. Fácil de usar, conseguirás mejorar la eficacia de tu empresa o proyecto.

Contras:

No he encontrado nada malo, quizá la empresa debería ser un poco grande para poder sacarle el mayor rendimiento posible.

Contras:

El seguimiento sistemático a los trabajadores para que puedan adaptarse a la aplicación y así puedan llegar la información al sistema en tiempo justo

Comentarios: Controlar las horas de trabajo de mis empleados y la ubicación al momento de llegar e irse de un sitio de trabajo, excelente para pagar las horas de trabajo que realmente están cumpliendo

Es un software bastante convencional, lleva a diario el marcaje de las horas trabajadas de los trabajadores, si éstos la marcan y se conecta con mi software quickbooks automáticamente. Ademas de proporcionar la ubicación en tiempo real al momento del marcaje de la hora.

Contras:

Lo que mas me ha costado es que los trabajadores se acostumbren a usar la aplicación, ya que ellos son los que deben marcar la hora y tener la ubicación de su móvil activada para que llegue la información completa que ofrece esta utilidad.

QB Time: Please reconsider

Puntos a favor:

This is a simple system if you're managing a small group of staff. It is evident that any volume in excess of 50 staff members should not be managed through QB Times.

Contras:

With a higher volume of staff, and managing varying disciplines, there's too many limitations on QB time to manage staff effectively. QB Time needs to streamline the filters and groupings because with all breakdowns, that include additional filter breakdowns, it's easy to get caught in the weeds using this software. This opens up opportunity for billing service hours incorrectly. The addition of the random "unresolved" bugs that come up further justifies why we switched from this software.

Good software, does the job

Comentarios: It is a good piece of software and it does the job.

Puntos a favor:

It links directly to QuickBooks, I can track time spent on each client and then work out profitability of client based on the fees charged.

Contras:

I don't like the fact it is a third party software, outside of QuickBooks. We must export the data to QuickBooks regularly to have the time reflected in QuickBooks.

Makes my job easier

Comentarios: Overall I like QuickBooks Time, save me time.

I use QuickBooks Time to keep up with the hours of all Employees at my job as Office Manager, I run my Dad's Office for his plumbing company. I have to keep up with time being that we are a small family owned business. Makes writing checks on Friday so much easier.

Contras:

The fact that I have to manually save it on order for it to sav and the fact that it's not accessible on the mobile app.

Nice idea but somehow confusing

Comentarios: We’re excited about it and thought that we dont need to other paid websites which mean less work by that i mean the transfer from another website to another. Unfortunately, it was too difficult due to some approval issues from our-side and how confusing it is

I like the idea of how they try to include labour time and try to make it easy for the user which is nice

Contras:

Unfortunately, for my team and i, it was somewhat difficult and confusing. I’m not sure if it’s the wrong setting but when we decided to move the labour time in the invoice, it need admin approval which is quite annoying because sometimes, our upper managements are not always here and sometimes our the customers get upsets about it.

Contras:

I like most things about quickbooks and don'y have any comlaints.

Manage your own time.

Comentarios: It helps to keep track of how much time I have per pay period to make sure I hit my quota.

I like that is allows manipulation of the times entered. I forget to clock in or out and it helps to not have to bother HR to fix my time.

Contras:

I feel the location tracking is a bit of envasive, but it does make sure that people who leave the work space when they arent supposed to are held accountable.

Easy Time Tracking and Pay Management

Comentarios: QuickBooks allows employees to clock in and out seamlessly. The location tracking services are very accurate.

Puntos a favor:

Clocking in and out via the application is easy. It begins to see the pattern and generates reminders to clock in.

Contras:

Occasionally the application goes down for maintenance and interrupts time tracking.

Easy to use time tracking software

Comentarios: We use QuickBooks Time mainly to manage the time spent by the freelancer agents we hire for our customer service department. They are based in different countries within different time zones. So naturally we needed a solution that could make coordinating their schedules and managing their hours a simple streamlined process. So far using this software we cannot complain.

Puntos a favor:

The user experience as a whole is fluid. It doesn't have too much of a learning curve. Our Part-time employees can self-report shifts from different countries they are based in. We use accounting software from the same company, so the integration was smooth. Finally, the reporting and analytics were immaculate to monitor the efficiency and costs of our customer service department.

Contras:

Their customer service is generally responsive, during certain times, they can reply late. Besides this, for our simple use, we did not encounter much inconvenience.

Best accounting software hands down

It saves lots of time while sending solicitations to clients, simpler for me (the Proprietor) to see what my representatives are chipping away at and when, in addition to my workers love it since it's more straightforward for them as well.

Ease Of Using Quickbooks

Comentarios: I have nothing but good things to say about Quickbooks Time, it makes payroll, tracking, invoicing, etc go very smoothly which helps make my day go smoothly.

Puntos a favor:

Quickbooks is the most easiest program i have ever used. I can see when employees clock in & out, how much vacation time, PTO time, sick days, etc each employee has used or has coming which makes doing payroll even easier. It also helps me to keep track of what jobs employees have finished or not finished & how much time it took them at each job, i can send out customer invoices & keep track of each customer & what they had done with just a few clicks. Its a wonderful, easy to use program.

Contras:

Theres really nothing that i dislike or have cons about with using Quickbooks, it makes payroll, tracking & everything else run smoothly & gives me time to take care of other things in the office.
