Comentarios: Es excelente, ayuda a controlar los grandes movimientos de dinero y ayuda mucho a ahorrar que es lo que necesita y quiere cualquier empresa.

Es un software excelente,el soporte al cliente es bueno,ayuda mucho a acelerar los procesos de gestion de compras de la empresa exponencialmente ya que es muy organizado y sencillo en lo que ofrece,lo da y lo cumple sin problemas.
Contras:
Al principio puede ser algo difícil adaptarse y aprender a usarlo pero gracias a su buen soporte técnico hace de la experiencia algo mas llevadero y digerible para quedarse con el producto.

Comentarios: Precoro es una excelente opción como herramienta integral y fácil de usar para optimizar compras y realizar un seguimiento de gastos. Aprecio especialmente la facilidad con la que podemos agregar proveedores, crear y administrar órdenes de compra y realizar un seguimiento de los pagos. La interfaz es sencilla y fácil de navegar, lo que la convierte en una excelente opción para profesionales ocupados.

Lo que más disfruto del software y de Precoro en su conjunto. Es cuánto se adapta el software a las crecientes necesidades de nuestra organización. Permite gestionar el proceso de aprobación de PO y PR digitalmente, monitorear presupuestos en una plataforma digital. Precoro brinda una mayor visibilidad de los gastos en proyectos, proveedores y ubicaciones. Aumenta drásticamente los procesos de pedidos de compra y proporciona una funcionalidad de generación de informes fácil de usar.
Contras:
Le falta una integración con SAP, que es el ERP más usado en la actualidad y cada vez más popular.

Excelente software para administrar presupuestos
Comentarios: Precoro me permite administrar y controlar de manera correcta y eficiente los gastos de mis proyectos . Podemos tener un detalle diario de cómo va la rentabilidad del proyecto y hacerle seguimiento.

El sistema se implementa de manera rápida y sencilla. Como punto fuerte es su interfaz muy fácil de usar a la que es bastante fácil acostumbrarse . Tiene una buena funcionalidad de elaboración de presupuestos y la aprobación flexible nos ayuda a configurar tu proceso específico. Me gusta que todo esté en la nube y no estés enterrado bajo la pila de papeles.
Contras:
Cuando eliminas un documento, simplemente desaparece del sistema, esto puede ser un problema si más adelante lo necesitas.

A simple and intuitive platform to streamline procurement, purchasing and order management
Puntos a favor:
Precoro allows us to simplify and streamline our ordering process, from the statement of requirement to PO validation flow, to vendor management, to invoicing and reconciliation. It is a 100% SaaS platform, so easy to access and no maintenance required.
Contras:
The invoicing piece could be easier to use. If a supplier generates part invoices for an order, it's still a bit awkward to manage if it has not been split properly when drafting the PO. Hopefully the new features such as Service PO and Blanket PO should resolve this.

Excellent Purchasing System for Senior Capstone Design Class
Comentarios: It has been great. The support for getting the software configured and working for UVM has been amazing.

We were struggling to find a software program that was affordable to use in a project based engineering class. Precoro's price structure only charges on a Power User basis and not normal users, so this made it affordable. Precoro is web-based platform that allows students to use their university credentials to easily submit purchase orders for multiple parts from a variety of vendors with some oversight by administrators to approve and place the orders. It does this really well.
Contras:
The comment feature is great within the system, but you only get notified via email that you have a comment. It would be great to have a feature in Precoro that allows you to see comments that are addressed to you within the platform.

Friendly user friendly and professional software (Precoro from Poland)
Comentarios: Good, Excellent highly recommended software

The best part was the customer service. People from Precoro were too professional and equally patient in answering to all our minor to major questions, even if we kept asking the same question again and again for perfection, they kept smiling all the way through until our whole team learnt Precoro by 100%.
Contras:
In certain areas, we cannot customize few things as per our company standards like putting our electronic signatures (similar to DocuSign), there were many unused or not needed fields as per middle eastern pattern.

I would like to extend my gratitude to the Developer for their assistance during my initial launching and integration stages. Having opted for the 14 days free trial, I had enough time to learn about the tool and how applicable it would be on my day to day work. I used that time to engage with the help desk who were very committed to assisting me learn more about the tool before I could purchase it. For a while now, Precoro has performed excellently well especially on matching invoices with orders and receipts. I can now assure anyone that Precoro is a secure and reliable software.
Contras:
None. The few minor challenges I faced during implementation were sorted out on the help desk. Everything has worked well ever since.

Excellent Platform for Non-profits

As a non-profit, we needed something functional, user friendly and cost effective. Precoro has changed the way we operate. We have a very complex multi-company set-up and Precoro has helped us to better organize and manage the purchase order process and tracking approvals. I would highly recommend to any non-profit. The customer service has also been beyond amazing.
Contras:
Not so much of a con but more of a wish list item. Because we do have a complex set-up, I would like to see a multi-level workflow. Precoro has been great at listening to my suggestions over the years and we have worked closely together. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say.

A fantastic, easy-to-use procurement software

Precoro is very easy to use compared to other procurement/PO software in the market. The UI is clean. I love using the graphs from the 'Reports' to keep track of the spending for my project.
Contras:
Not really a con but with any other new software, there will be a slight leaning curve for first time users jumping into Precoro.

Increase staff productivity and reduce expenses
Comentarios: Precoro is the most straightforward piece of software we've ever used, and as a result, we've seen a dramatic rise in our daily output. As an added bonus, the Developer is also prepared to offer our company an enticing business package, so the whole cost is manageable.

Our company has used Precoro as our procurement system to replace the previously manual processes involved in the purchasing process. When compared to manual tracking, the technology is far more efficient and helps us save time. It's simple to learn and inexpensive enough that even a modest business like ours can afford it.
Contras:
They may add some subheadings to the filter fields. I think it would be helpful if the PO itself could be seen as an image, rather than just a set of fields.

Precoro Makes Purchasing Easy
Comentarios: In the short time we have been using Precoro, we have been quite satisfied. Going from a manual process to an online, streamlined process with Precoro has been quick and smooth. The Note and Link options within Precoro have been invaluable in communicating internally so that everyone has full disclosure and gets what they need in a timely fashion.
Puntos a favor:
The software is very user friendly by providing at-a-glance statistics, a dashboard to reach the different modules without hassle, and makes it easy for even the most non tech savvy person to understand. We so appreciate the option to make recurring purchase orders in Precoro to save the Purchasing team valuable time and the ease of the RFP process. So far our support staff and clinical team has adapted quite nicely to Precoro with no major issues and are pleased to be able to track the status of their requests without contacting the Purchasing team and taking them off task to find and research orders.
Contras:
The least favorite feature for our Purchasing team is the inability to print a range of purchase orders simultaneously. That option would save extra time, but the speed of downloading the PDF files is quicker than our last platform.

The best thing about Precoro is their personalized relationship with their customers, their rapid responses to questions and follow up on things that can be done better. They are very very helpful to us. Customer service and help desk is excellent. Very knowledgeable staff and excellent training for implementation.
Contras:
Expense does not transfer to QB online yet. They are working on this. Budgets are just not the best for us.Reporting is lacking even though they provide every combination of capturing your data and exporting this to excel. It would be ideal if some basic executive style reports were just available for printing by just changing dates, etc.

One of the good application for small scale business
Comentarios: Precoro is great for a small scale business to track of every order by supplier, P.O. they are also integrated with Quickbooks but have some bus issues sometimes like missing of VAT when migrated to Quickbooks. They also provide a variety of reports for month end purposes. Plus, we can design a manual report based on one's needs.

The decent service
Puntos a favor:
Employees can submit their purchase requests through their laptop or mobile phone. For approvers it’s also very easy. Whenever there’s a request, they get an email instantly and they can approve the request on their phone. Reports help us exactly ensure what was ordered by someone with all relevant details. The Custom success team cares. They’re helpful and informative! I can confidently say it’s a really good service.
Contras:
It isn't possible to add comments in the reports section. And there's no mobile app, but as I know, Precoro is going to develop it in 2022
