It's open API allowed us to develop some really cool things. Such as event tracking from our website that is attached to a users FreshSales profile.
We have customers all over the globe and it can sometimes be bothersome to find the customers time zone or simply address to ship their orders.

Puntos a favor:
Como CRM para pequeñas empresas, tiene mucha variedad en la automatización de tareas. Es fácil de utilizar, y se aprende rápido, lo cual es positivo para seguimiento de los leads y cuentas nuevas. También me ha gustado que lo incluyes con gmail y outlook.
Contras:
Cuando eres pequeño y necesitas 1 app para todo, me resultó un poco limitada. También el servicio técnico deja mucho que desear, ya que tardan en contestar.
CRM muy potente y completo
Comentarios: Al principio puede ser abrumadora todas las opciones que permite, pero según lo vas usando cada vez le sacas mayor partido y vas descubriendo las enormes posibilidades que ofrece!
Puntos a favor:
Aunque finalmente no fue la opción que escogimos, si fue uno de los candidatos finales. Tiene todo lo que le puedes pedir a un CRM y más! A destacar el equipo de soporte, siempre atento y dispuesto a resolver todas las dudas que te sirjan.
Contras:
Realmente no es un problema como tal, pero es un CRM con muchísimas opciones y inicialmente es muchísimas información a asimilar para comenzar a usarlo, pero a su vez la documentación e instrucciones son muy completas, además del equipo de soporte son ágiles y resolutivos.
Un sofware muy excelente.

"Para impugnar un cargo que no modificarán, tuve que ponerme en contacto con el proveedor de mi tarjeta de crédito y desactivar mi tarjeta. De forma predeterminada, la facturación automática está activada para la cuenta".
Freshsales - CRM for the startup of tomorrow
Comentarios: Overall Freshsales is a great CRM tool for a new startup to base its sales department.
Puntos a favor:
It has a great feature list. Right from adding contacts/leads to the platform, managing lead lifecycle through tasks and creating deals to incentivise the cycle, its a very easy to use platform.
Contras:
The pricing for Freshsales has to be revised as per Indian Geography. Also some basic features like Campaign Management for automated outreach is not present.

The integration process was quick and seamless. This product has all the needed features of an outstanding Sales CRM such as Lead Capture, Contact Management, Omni channel support and much more.
Contras:
If FreshSales can be integrated with AI tools such as Vonage AI and ChatGPT that would be the greatest software package one can dream of.

Comentarios: This was our company's first CRM. We still enjoy Freshsales, but often find quirks and areas for improvement that we sent to our representative. There have been advancements since we started with Fresh, but would love to know more insight on what's to come in the next year and three-year plan, so we can prepare and know how the system will improve over time.

Up front, nothing seems overcomplicated. It has the essentials we need to track business on the sales side. Those who tend to support tickets are quite helpful. Happy with the timely, honest support we receive!
Contras:
As with any system, there are areas of improvement, wishes for changes, and improvements we would love to see implemented. I wish there were more transparent check-ins telling us upcoming changes that are being worked on in the background. I also wish we were notified when updates were going to run so that could better prepare when "Blackout" periods are going to take place during the workday.

My least like about Fresh sales is the part of trying hard to convince the buyer to put their money in, I believe the value of the product should be able to be convincing that it will solve the needs of the buyer
Professional experience on working with freshsales
Comentarios: I worked with builder.ai where in a lot of customers used to come in for applications which can be customised. Tracking such leads was done through freshsales. We were able to successfully get a lot of leads using this tool

After sales, customer support is not very extensive. Hence maintenance of long term relationships may hamper

It was very easy to implement. We setup email sequences quickly and starting automating sales tasks in just a few minutes.
Contras:
The only issue I have had is I like to export our contacts and conduct my own reporting in Excel. It’s difficult to export contacts and you are limited to the amount of times you can export a day and you don’t have the ability to filter who is exported.
Deeply regret signing up for Freshsales
Comentarios: I have never experienced customer service THIS bad before. Total and complete incompetence. We have been using Freshsales for about a year, and it's been nothing but glitchy and problematic. NOTHING is ever resolved, support tickets are left open for weeks, and their customer support team blames their issues on the customer instead of fixing the problem. Their customer support chat will fail mid-conversation, and then the whole chat history is lost. This has wasted HOURS of my valuable time and cost our business money. Freshworks' support team does not have any clue what they are talking about. In the rare chance you *can* get in touch with them, their "solutions" do not work, and when I show them how/why it doesn't work, they don't believe me. It is infuriating to have spent so much money and time on software that our business now relies on only for it to be a huge mistake.

Comentarios: I am almost content using Freshsales as all of the parts to my sales cycle can be tracked at one place and also I can just remain on one software throughout the day unless I am prospecting so it makes things very efficient and saves a lot of time. Also, helps me to create a workflow according to my preferences.

Lead Management and Sales Pipeline Management are the most extensive and exciting features that this product has. You can keep a track of anything and everything throughout the software and also see every individual's progress to further see the projection of organization's upcoming revenue that can be generated.
Contras:
Notifications although automated can sometimes be delayed.

Comentarios: The tool we were previously using did not have the option to create deals and manage your revenue generation and pipeline, but ever since we have shifted to freshsales, that problem has disappeared. Also, the reporting and the analytics freshsales offers helps us in keeping track of all our data, activity and how we can streamline the process of sales and pipeline management. Other than that we can also create tasks and meetings on the dashboard, but now we have an all one in solution for all of this, thanks to freshsales.

The interface is really good and the software is very easy to use. You can also run campaigns and sequences on your contacts with freshsales. Deals and pipeline management is very good and you can create all kinds of reports to keep track of everything.
Contras:
The onboarding process was a bit longer than expected, and integration with other tools is also a bit difficult. Other than that, there is a monthly limit of only 1000 marketing emails in a month which seems rather wrong and to increase that, you have to pay extra which is a lot.

Comentarios: There are many alternative sales tools out there but freshsales helped me in my initial days of lead generation, hence I will recommend this tool to those who have just started into marketing & sales department.

I was using this software for 1 and half year, I started with just live real-time chat service and now I have started using its premium features to manage my leads and sending them sales pitch and updates with easy campaign manager. I loved the user interface which takes no brains to understand the features that you need to solve your purpose. I have used their reporting tools that helps me make decisions based on results I have got from campaigns.
Contras:
I would love this tool if they provide integration with social networks too like Instagram and Facebook messages along with LinkedIn. Currently they have limited integration modules. Also importing files takes much time then managing and sending them sometimes it got stuck and I need to reiterate everything again.

the one feature that caught my eye was the sales automation tool, which made my life and my team's life better in all ways; we saw a 10% growth through Freashsales alone; our team considers Freshsales CRMas a fellow employee who does Automations.

I would like more options in the sales sequence in the feature, like doing a trial run, getting custom dates on when it should run, etc.

The customer support - without it we could not have implemented and continue to find new ways of applying it to manage our relationships and grow our business

That you cannot create a list of contacts to email straight from your inbox. We often need to send semi standardises responses to several contacts awaiting a reply. At the moment it is not possibe to select and set them up for a bulk email. This would save us a lot of time if you created this very simple feature.

Outstanding software. Having everything needed in place, all lead tracking, lead generation, marketing and calls, really does the 360 feel freshworks are aiming towards. Customer support is unrivalled across all other software we have used previously. I would go as far as saying it’s better than any software or saas support I have come across.

Having too many features to implement quickly!

It's comprehensive as this has functionalities for both sales and marketing. This also has freshchat feature which we are using on our website.

The support is not good and on the other hand they have made a newer version of it and it took 6 months to migrate us to newer version for the older one.
