> **Puntos a favor**: It works with all mainstream browsers and it's extremely easy to use. The team at integrity have always provided great support and it's outstanding value for the money. Having confidence in the knowledge that the people we are issuing safety training completion records to is invaluable.

> **Puntos en contra**: It would be nice if it could alert a person when they are out of camera view with a visual + audio type notification to reduce the percentage of people that fail. it's a very very small percentage now, less than 2% but on high volume that still a few calls a day, so that would be an improvement, but i know it's coming\!\!

> Huge cost savings for my clients, in the many many millions of dollars per year in saving by allowing them to move costing in-person theory only training online.

It is also very effective at proctoring while not being too invasive; our users feel comfortable using it. Integrity Advocate strikes the right balance of integrity and privacy, which is hard to find\!

> **Puntos en contra**: Not really much to say here. Integrity Advocate continues to roll out updates, adding new functionality that you did not really think you needed until you see it. The product improves continually.

> The people at Integrity Advocate are great at forming relationships. They are very transparent in what they do which builds a solid foundation of trust. They are clearly passionate about their product and this makes it even easier to work with them. We got everything set up very quickly and had support every step of the way. They listen when you have suggestions or ideas and work to implement those wherever possible. I have really enjoyed working with this team and hope to do so for a long time.

> **Puntos en contra**: Some limitations, such as inability to use full screen with our version of MOODLE. Some devices are not recommended due to those devices causing issues with the session.

> Due to the pandemic we needed to adjust our exam delivery model quickly to allow our learners to take licensing courses and become licenced. IA was very helpful with this transition and we were able to get things up and running in no time. We had a lot of support from IA from the time we launched and throughout our more than a year using this system.
