Having the PMS, Channel Manager, and Booking Engine communicate seamlessly puts an end to all the nightmares associated with fragmented systems. This has led to unprecedented operational efficiency. Furthermore, being able to manage payments and quotes from a single suite (thanks to Slope Pay and the CRM) has allowed us to dedicate more time and attention to our guests, which is the most important thing. The widget they have for the booking engine integrates perfectly with my website thanks to an integration designed for WordPress. The dedicated applications also allow us to manage certain aspects like the restaurant. For example, "Taste by Slope" is the specific software for restaurant management, which allows you to manage orders, bills, and room charges smoothly, integrating directly with the guest's bill.
