Comentarios: pesima experiencia, primera vez que la abro y desde el inicio me han congelado mi dinero y nadie responde por nada.

Puntos a favor:

No recomiendo esta aplicacion, ademas que te congelan la cuenta sin razon, nadie te atiende, el servicio al cliente es lo PEOR, por nada del mundo la usen, porque cuando tienes problemas tecnicos nadie resuelve

Contras:

es una aplicacion que no respea al cliente,

Facil y divertida forma de pagar y recibir pagos.

Comentarios: Me ha facilitado mucho la vida en muchas ocasiones en el momento de recibir o realizar pagos, tanto en lo laboral como en lo personal. Se las recomiendo!

Puntos a favor:

Que las transacciones son muy rápidas y seguras, se lleva el control de cada transacción.

Contras:

No me ha permitido enlazar mi cuenta bancaria.

Quizás las funciones más lentas por falta de manejo o por información no dada

Es una buena aplicación que se especializa en pagos.

Comentarios: un poco frustrante pero siempre funciona, igual es funcional y cumple con los pagos

las características claves son la latencia que tiene al realizar pagos a otras personas o teléfonos.

Contras:

me gustara mas que hagan sus servidores un poco mas rápidos en las transferencias

Instantáneo y fácil

Puntos a favor:

Me gusta que me den notificaciones de manera instantánea cuando me paguen, y me gusta las transferencias hacia al banco con rápidos y confiables. Igual mucha gente la usa entonces es fácil.

Contras:

No me gusta que no lo puedo usar con clientes internacionales.

Es muy fácil de utilizar ya sea para transacciones al igual que billetera, te facilita muchas cosas

Contras:

Aún no he encontrado errores que me molesten del software

Comentarios: Overall, the experience has been good. When faced with issues, customer service is kind, but you have to be patient. The tickets go into a queue and you have to wait patiently for an email answer, which can go to your junk mail.

Puntos a favor:

Venmo is fast and easy to set up. Within a few minutes you can start taking payment for services and products sold. You can get paid in several different ways and even if the person doesn't have their card available.

Contras:

If you close down an account and open a new one, it is difficult to link accounts and get the debit card to work. You cannot have multiple business accounts attached to your personal account. If you change the name of the business it can be difficult to change over.

Comentarios: Overall I have an amazing experience with venmo and would recommend to anyone looking for an easy way to transfer money.

Puntos a favor:

I use venmo very frequently and I have never had any problems. The app runs smoothly and makes it very easy to pay people back, pay bills, and is helpful for many small businesses.

Contras:

The only downside to venmo is if you need the money instantly it takes quite a bit of money for a transfer fee.

Used to be great until....

Comentarios: Use to be great well short of then my money come up missing and they didn't want to fix it

That my account was over drafted for something I already paid for i had money in my account when paid for item now my account is incollections

Love Venmo!

Comentarios: I love Venmo and use it constantly! From sending money to friends, buying snacks at my kids baseball game, to paying for piano lessons. I use it a lot!

It’s so easy to send money! With just a couple of clicks you can send money to anyone who has a Venmo account.

Contras:

Can be a little tricky sending money if you don’t have someone’s Venmo name

I enjoy Venmo because it is a simple and seamless process to send money to friends and family.

Contras:

There are times when people can get scammed, but it is a user's job to stay diligent.

Easy, Convinient Payments

Comentarios: I use venmo to easily pay others when card or cash is not available/accepted. I am able to leave a note, track previous payments, and make a payment private/public. I feel that Venmo is safe, convenient, and has developed a new way for people to pay.

Puntos a favor:

I like the feed where I can see others who have paid me/others close to me. I like the option to have an immediate payout. I like the safety feature to confirm the final digits of a phone number. I like the ability to have a profile picture for others and myself to confirm who we are paying.

Contras:

I would like to be able to first be able to confirm/accept payments from others. I would also like to be able to transfer venmo payments in my venmo account to others via payment, rather than having to transfer it to my bank account before paying.

I love the ease with which I can connect my bank account and send payments. It is easy to navigate friends and send and receive payment.

Contras:

I dislike that there is a transaction fee when sending payments from a credit card. I also am a bit put off by the default being a public account which shows transaction history.

Yo Ho Venmo

Comentarios: The leader in digital, mobile and, in my opinion, small business cash handling. I’ve never had an issue with my account and when prompted to verify my information for securities sake I’ve been nothing but reassured my finances are in good hands.

Puntos a favor:

Incredibly easy to learn and use with the most user friendly interface I’ve encountered to date. Venmo’s digital security and handling of my private information has always been secure and any changes to my account made by myself or otherwise are reported to my cell phone and email immediately.

Contras:

Some forms of online debit cards are categorized as ‘pre-paid’ when they are in fact just debit cards issued from a strictly digital/online institution. These specific types of cards are therefore deemed unable to be used via connecting to your account.

Better than Cash

Comentarios: Im a happy and satisfied user. I would reccommend it to anyone I know. If you're into cashless transaction, Venmo is the way to
go.

Puntos a favor:

convenient and so much better than carrying cash with you. You can use Venmo to pay any transactions. Your information is secured without any data breach.

Contras:

sometimes there are down time using this app, but it rarely happens. You will get notified if there are any maintenance happening.

The easiest point of sale app on the market

Comentarios: Overall highly positive. Would recommend to anyone in need of a safe and convenient cash transfer and Point of Sale app.

Puntos a favor:

Implementation was incredibly easy and most of my staff (and clients) are already familiar with the application. The credibility of any financial app is critical, so the security and financial insurance Venmo provides is what made the deal for my team.

Contras:

There is no easy-to-use air-touch feature where two adjacent phones can automatically link for payment. However, this would just be a nice ancillary benefit and is not critical.

Better than PayPal

Comentarios: Use it to take mobile payments when needed.

It's much better than PayPal and gives more options.

Still has some bugs and needs better features for multiple users.

An easy way to get paid

Comentarios: Venmo is an easy way for customers and clients to pay me without having to involve a card reader. It’s another option for clients to tip as well, without having to have cash on them, meaning I can get the full amount of the tip.

I like that you can easily provide your personal QR code for customers to link to and pay you.

Contras:

I wish there was a free feature for businesses to add money to their Venmo accounts without having to sign up for the credit card.

Comentarios: My experience has been absolutely on point and amazing I've never once had a bad experience with them the customer support system is amazing they are always so very knowledgeable and helpful and the easy to use convenient app helps you and guide you with anything you may need to do with them

I love the fact of the easy convenient way of using venmo as well as the layout of the app itself everything is pretty self-explanatory and if you don't know or can't figure it out they have an amazing customer service team that is right there by your side every step of the way

I have nothing that I don't like about venmo I've always had great experiences with them for the almost 4 years I've been using them
