I've been using Trackabi for time tracking and managing leaves, and I've found it really handy, especially with its features for both manual and automatic time entries. It's great for freelancers like me and small teams because it makes it super easy to keep track of hours and project progress. The interface is user-friendly, and it even lets you export reports, which is a big plus for billing clients. But overall, for its price, it's a solid choice that I'd recommend to others looking to streamline their time management without breaking the bank.

However, I've noticed that the app can be a bit slow at times, and it lacks some tracking features in mobile app.

I like the way the user interface is designed for the website and the desktop application. It is easy to maintain the project. I could see my idle timing and user activity timing to improve myself.
Contras:
The timer is not synchronized between the web page and the application at times. When I try to open the application, I don't get redirected to the current day. Also, the timer is not updated from the application when I'm supposed to change it from the web view.

It would be great if you could contact our support team regarding your concerns about time tracking. There may be some settings causing the system to not work as you expect. Additionally, we are not sure what you mean by "Snapshots it's aggressive." If you are referring to screenshots, they are enabled by the account owner. If you believe they are being taken too frequently or that you would prefer not to have them at all, please discuss this with your account owner.

I've been using Trackabi to manage my team and it's GREAT!
I switched from using the Onlinejobs.ph time tracker to Trackabi for more clarity & features and i have not been disappointed.
I love the ability to input sick leave, vacation, etc into the tool and for it to keep track.
I love that it auto calculates the time they are working.
I love the ability to fine tune the tool to stop tracking if there is a lack of movement for X amount of time.
I love the that I can get screenshots of my teams monitors and see what they're working on at any given moment.
I love that it shows me which applications they are spending the majority of time on.

Easy to access and more convenient without any bugs

It doesn't require much memory, so it loads quickly Easy to access check in and out, we can automatically assign the task before opening the app. Effortless we can check the previous task, what are the project which I am worked, also I can track the time which I took to complete the task separately. Very comfortable to create and change the task which I am working, we can edit the timer if we missed to add at any time.
Contras:
sometimes giving some java error, but that will be resolved after restart the app.

Contras:
The app can sometimes send too many notifications, which can be overwhelming. I encountered occasional bugs and glitches that disrupted the user experience. Also Time Track is inconsistent many times. The Timer is not turning off if we didn't turn it off manually. It is running continuously for 96 hrs +
Great software for budget and time tracking

Time Tracking for Small Businesses
Comentarios: Overall I am very glad that we were able to find trackabi for what it is it check almost all of our boxes I highly recommend it and have let several people within my industry that are small business owners know about it so they can help scale their operation and allow for time tracking as well as some of the other benefits that the software has built in

It allows my remote workforce to be mindful of their time, track the projects that are being worked on and allows me the ability to make an informed decision when it comes to tracking hours worked

I wish there was more of HR functionality built in like the ability to use it to onboard employees, integrate with a payment platform so I can pay my staff and have some ability to aid with the hiring process whether it be allowing applications for employment or other processes that help with hiring

Sometimes the app can show an error to run or if the internet is slow then the app would go blank. I guess these issues need to be addressed by a proper community or forum, which would reduce the confusion. Cause I'm sure there are people like me become dumbfounded when an unknown error occurs.
My user experience
Comentarios: For clock in and clock out manually working good,if we left without clock out it runs beyond 24 hrs need to validate that and also whenever the system sleeps it automatically stops the timer but whenever the system on the timer not on itself need to be fixed that

There is not much to hate about it. Sometimes I am reading something, part of my work. There is no activity from input for mouse scrolling. That counts as not working.
An Easy and Intuitive Application

I like how the UI is shown and the time entrance is so easy to use with the combination of the self-explanatory settings this app will become the everyday use for any company. I use more project and time management so this is a plus to have both features combined as it reduces the time to use two separate applications or Excel documents. The way this system was created provides an advantage over other platforms.
Contras:
As with all web applications, there are improvements needed to create a robust platform. I would suggest including a more detailed roadmap to educate the users on what Trackabi is working on and the improvements to deliver. Right now there are some gaps that I know will be covered soon as the use of the project feature needs some improvement to automate the data input.
