Lo que me gusta de Convoso es lo eficiente que es en comparación con otros sistemas de software que probamos en ese momento.
Contras:
Lo que más no me gusta es que el guión a veces se retrasa.
Great auto-dialer

Never have to wait long, multiple outbound calls are made at once and waiting is never an issue.
Contras:
I honestly can't think of any negatives. It workes perfectly for my needs.

Easy to pull up information for my customers. Easy to make, transfers, and conference calls. Overall the features are user friendly.
Contras:
The call backs that I set up for the day, if I don't get to it in time, that call back would be removed that same day, and I have to search through my call history to find that person again. The system should allow you to hold on to your call backs for at least 2 to 3 days, instead of removing it later that same day if I don't get the chance to call or disposition the call.

Comentarios: Over all Convoso has been good to us but lately its has been having a few issues

I like how user friendly Convoso is. The buttons are color coded and are very easy to figure out.
Contras:
How Slow it has been lately. Has also been glitching and freezing up putting us into a forced pause. Making it so we have to be logged out by a supervisor.
Very good option for VOIP calling for any call center!

I like the whisper feature, the way I can track calls and all the other features that are available!
Contras:
It seems to go down sometimes which can be very inconvenient but they get it back up very quickly, theres not a lot of downtime when there are issues.

Convoso has been a game changer for our team. Their predictive dialer has improved our contact rate and efficiency. The ease and simplicity of their system makes implementation easy and gives our team members quick access to better results. Their team has been with us every step of the way walking us through any questions or roadblocks we have run into with quick solutions. They are friendly and meet with us as often as needed to ensure our success in all aspects of Convoso. Convoso's robust reporting has given us the data and information we have been lacking to give us better lead measures to help our team improve. It gives us the numbers to make us more effective in all we are working towards.

It would help us if the reporting was more easily specified for the lead measures we need to see.

Puntos a favor:
It makes everything so easy! From taking clients calls, to tracking their information and being able to call them directly back. It's everything you need to be successful all in one place. With the bonus of never having to give clients your personal phone number.
Contras:
Only problem I have sometimes is the quality of the audio. I frequently have issues with echos or static noise during my calls. Or clients just can't hear me at all.

Comentarios: I've used it before. once you learn it and get the hang of it, its easy, simple and a good way to make sure you're staying on top of your work.

the ease to use, the way it manages calls, lead, and allows us to set call backs. allows management to set up and change disposition titles when needed. love that it has a voicemail system as well
Contras:
its pretty much micromanagement on a computer. with my bosses now they are amazing and aren't hounding us, but my previous experience i felt convoso made it impossible to be a normal human with needs and was a snitch lol. almost a threat to my job. i feel the experience depends on YOUR management team

I really appreciate how easy it is to use Convoso. As a remote employee I am able to stay engaged with the company I work for. I am able to switch channels quickly from asking management questions so that I may provide great customer service to my customers to engaging my teammates so that we can support each other and motivate each other throughout our work day.
Contras:
I have not had any negative experiences using Convoso.
