I did not find any solution that could help me but FLYDESK did\! The software enables me to have a clear picture of my schedule and my team. I know where the team is working from and when they are connected and we are able to talk\! It also enables me to monitor my working hours and my team working hours which can give me a clear picture of the overload and readjust the priorities of each other\! The connexion with the coworking spaces is also a game changer as sometimes it is more convenient for me to work from a coworking space than the office closer to my home\! It also gives me much more flexibility and creates some excitement and more engagement for the team to be able to have this flexibility\!
