Es fácil y práctico el sistema y fue fácil su adaptación con los procesos del negocio

Contras:

Los costos, a cualquier nivel de éste deben enfrentarse al pago de licencias que con uso limitado resultan de alto costo

No más problemas de seguridad

Puntos a favor:

La seguridad y tranquilidad que te proporciona tener Okta. Con este método de identificación tengo claro que nadie va a entrar con mi usuario, y cuando trabajas con información delicada, eso es indispensable.

Contras:

Si eliminas la APP Autenticador del móvil, al volver a instalarla no te dejará entrar de nuevo en Okta, hay que hablar con servicio técnico para que te desvincule el link y volver a vincularlo con un nuevo QR.

La app que hace todo mas fácil

Facilita el trabajo, hace muy simple acceder a todas mis herramientas de trabajo con un solo clic.

Contras:

Comentarios: Okta has centralized our identity management, greatly streamlining our compliance efforts. Very tight access controls can now be applied with the help of this platform to make sure only authorized personnel get into sensitive data; hence, the risk of non-compliance is reduced.

What I appreciate most about Okta is its precision in managing access controls. Since we use adaptive MFA and context-aware policies, we govern access to huge security without disturbance to workflows. Contras:

Okta has tons of functionality, and it was a bit complex during the initial setup. This wasn't much of an issue, since Okta does have full documentation and support that tends to respond well—making the learning curve relatively shallow.

Comentarios: Overall I would say it is a great app for accessing all your web based apps and storing passwords.

Contras:

When accessing it on mobile (outside of office) I have to send myself a code to type in and it only lets you choose a max of 2 days before it asks you again.

Comentarios: I like the dashboard of being able to create schedules and calendars of employees assigned to certain after hour responsibilities. When the password prompts you to reset, it won't allow it. It will ask for a security phrase that I was told "has no answer" so you'll never get back in and you have to reach out to customer service to have it reset. None of the security questions you pick are relative.

Essential service to improve authentication.

Comentarios: In our comapny, the use of Okta has been essential, due to the high number of accounts we have in the cloud for our employees, in addition, we manage several platforms that require a login, so that is where the role of Okta comes into play, as it is responsible for authorizing any logins to the accounts we use for our company. In general, it has given me incredible security, I have been able to integrate it with the most platforms to add a login method, in addition, Okta has given me a way to keep our accounts secure with a fairly complex and almost impossible to rape. I feel safe with the login security provided by Okta, I will continue using it as an authentication service for a longer time.

Puntos a favor:

The first feature that I liked is the way in which Okta records any login attempt, this helps a lot since it is capable of detecting when unwanted people are trying to enter our system, this way we can be attentive to any suspicious login. Okta also throws in two-step verification codes, which are essential to maintaining security at every login. Okta allows me to generate one-time codes to log in so I don't use my default to access an account. Auth0 allows me to manage users, which helps me add or remove users whenever I want. Auth0 sends me notifications every time a user is going to access an account I receive those notifications on my mobile device and I like that because it keeps me informed of everything.

Contras:

There isn't a single feature that I didn't like about Okta, it has been an extremely important platform to maintain proportional security in the login of all our employees in the company. Since we started using Okta, our login and authentication has benefited in a big way.

Okta is Excellent!

Okta is a great all in one platform for any company to help their employees be more efficient and organzised. The platform helps keep track of all the software and portals for each employee and you can customize each user hub individually to meet their needs.

Contras:

Overall the Okta hub is great, it can be well customized to meet your requirements. I think the portal can be much more fun but it is super easy and to the point.

I love how easy Okta is to use. Once you login, all the apps that you have access to are just a simple click away. It feels like an added level of security as I've tried to access some apps listed in Okta by just using the site's password and username, but was redirected to sign in through Okta instead.

Contras:

Only real challenge is how often we are prompted to change our password. It can take some creativity to come up with new and unused passwords every couple months. (Although I fully understand and respect the frequent password changes as that is part of good security practices.)

Comentarios: My experience with Okta has been quite good and has saves my time resetting password that I forget.

Okta make it easy for me to expediting login process to my various account. I only need one primary login details and from it, it will store and remember all other username and password for each software that I have. I like it because I will not have to remember manually all my account login details anymore.

The process to add each login details from different website and software is lengthy and boring.

Comentarios: My overall experience with Okta is that it has great portential but still has some bugs to work through.

Puntos a favor:

I like its ability to store all of the links, usernames, and passwords so that I don't have to store them anywhere unsafe

Contras:

I don't like that I am not able to add my own tiles to the dashboard but that may be the internal permissions set up by my employer.

I like Okta for its effective credential sign in system which is fool proof. I also like the frequest patch updates.

The customer service needs to resolve tickets at the earliest.
