Like every system, it sometimes has some bugs or crashes, but they are quickly and easily fixed. > > Our company has been using Bauwise since 2020. Compared to other project management systems we used before, Bauwise was much easier for our team to understand and start using in daily work. The system is clear and user-friendly, so it was adopted quite quickly across the company. The support is good, and the Bauwise team continues to improve the system and introduce new tools. It helps not only to track and control the budget, but also to manage changes in the project budget effectively. Subcontractor management and compliance has been especially useful for us. It has eliminated the need for physical signatures, printing invoices, manual Excel checks, and unnecessary error corrections. Everything is organized logically, and the processes are easy to follow and carry out. > > **Puntos en contra**: At times, it has been inconvenient that when adding additional work or modifications to reports, the entire report had to be deleted in order for the rows to be updated automatically. If the report contained hundreds of rows, this became quite uncomfortable and time-consuming. This issue has now been fixed, but there have still occasionally been problems with automatically linking additional and modification work to reports and contracts. Another challenge is that a single line often has to cover the client’s additional work, the subcontractor’s additional work, and the main contractor’s profit or loss. This can become quite time-consuming, especially when there are many such tasks and different sections involved.
