Es una buena herramienta para crear y gestionar tu tareas de forma simple y eficiente. Lo he probado para los clientes que llevo, y hacer colaboraciones entre equipos.
Contras:
Lo veo mas para una gran empresa que necesita llevar un control más exhaustivo de sus empleados para hacer uso del coste total de la herramienta. Para empresas pequeñas como la mía, no le veo utilidad.

It is a platform with multiple very nice functions for my work that benefit me in monitoring and planning, its system is very easy to use and that has allowed me to have a more professional development in my area by presenting projects in the estimated times with on-time monitoring real where I can have control of the evolution and update. and also helps me with the coordination of schedules, shifts and total hours worked

It has been completely to my liking and there are no bad dislikes or bad flaws, I like everything and I feel happy using it

I absolutely love the online time clock and schedule feature. It also helps me keep track of a large team across multiple locations. My labor has never been more accurate. This is a great product with fair pricing.
Contras:
Importing to my payroll system was a little difficult at first but with support we worked out the kinks.
Good Tool for Shift Management

Time management for shift, news feed for internal communications and ease of shift set ups. Easy to use phone app for leaders and team members.
Contras:
Integration with other tools , need to manually cancel shift to not accrue points

Comentarios: As the primary user, I don't enjoy using Deputy, but it does the job that we need it to do.
Puntos a favor:
It is necessary for us to have a scheduling software that has a mobile app with location services. Deputy does the job.
Contras:
In the past 2 years Deputy has gone through a few updates where they changed the location of certain functions and did not have a tutorial on where to find the moved functions. Additionally, some of our employees work overtime and Deputy will not add them to the schedule if they have more than 40 hours.

It's a really great App if you have a company and the team. Deputy helps to organise many things within an organization. It allows managers to send the schedules, approve staff anual leave requests, see and share news feed within a company and a few other beneficial features.
Contras:
We have no complains about this product.

A great system easy to use and great mobile app! Reports can be better but overall I am very happy with Deputy.

I have to create rosters, manage timesheets, monitor lot of activities including labour percentages and all and deputy provides such an easy and user friendly way of doing all that I do. Copying and pasting shifts is a joy. Overall user experience is great for me.
Contras:
Not that I remember in specific. However, total labour cost tracking mechanism like Employment Hero's would be a plus.
Built for Hospitality
Comentarios: Overall great, and the staff love it.

Deputy is very user-friendly and well-designed for users at every level. We love the app the the accessibility that it offers (and is expected by) our staff. The onboarding feature is great - it has really streamlined our onboarding process.
Contras:
The newsfeed is handy but lacks functionality; you can attach a document, but we REALLY need a place to store company documents such as policies and handbooks so they can be easily referred to by staff (we currently have to email them). In order to meet the key needs of the customers, Deputy should implement this feature ASAP - please!!

Comentarios: We can not function without Deputy because it organizes our work schedules, vacations, leaves and etc. all in one place visible for all employees.

The shift scheduling and time tracking features are incredibly helpful and intuitive. It's also great for communication with my team.
Contras:
I wish the reporting features were more customizable and easier to use. The interface can also be a bit overwhelming at first.
Recommended, but not for everyone.
Comentarios: It did improve our capacity to track where and when our workers were and how our costs should be distributed along our projects. In other words, it has been a good tool to admin/track/adjust our efficiency.

Deputy helps to accurately schedule workers and track their time. This helps the administration to check the efficiency and efficacy as most of the time, laboring hours can go out of hand.
Contras:
Although Deputy helps with scheduling and hours tracking, as an admin user it does demand a lot of time toschedule, set tasks for workers, approve timesheets, adjust or modify.

Deputy for rostering and payroll is effective and efficient
Comentarios: Deputy has helped with simplifying rostering, award interpretation, communicating business essential info to staff, payroll, and recording staff details. Not everything is 100% perfect, but I've yet to come across a better integrated solution.

Award interpretation takes the guesswork out of paying employees correctly. Notifications when awards update makes it easy to keep up to date with rates and penalties.Rostering is simple, and allows staff to attempt to cover their own shifts is required.
Contras:
Some auto shift creation functions could be easier to set up I guess
Good for small businesses
Puntos a favor:
The ease of use and the user friendly interface for start is good for a small business that has one person doing multiple roles. Having a mobile app that can be used across most mobile devices makes it a very efficient tool for communication with staff and also a perfect system for timesheet signing. The added bonus is the geolocator for enabling shift work at multiple destinations to only be able to clock in close to the designated place of work.
Contras:
Timesheet approval function on the mobile app needs improvement

It's good for tracking exactly how long you've been working, and showing who else in the organisation is working or on break.
Contras:
Editing annual leave requests is almost impossible and it doesn't give the requester an opportunity to cancel the leave if they no longer need it.
Great Product
Puntos a favor:
Scheduling and product is very user friendly. I love the mobile access especially when I am out of the office. The timesheets are very easy to use. Set up is extremely easy.
Contras:
#1 complain is Deputy does not notify the admin when a scheduled person drops their shift.
