Contras:

It is very difficult to track navigation bars and dropdown menus accurately. This is my biggest issue with the platform!!

Its good but could be better

Comentarios: It was great when we first started using it; provided us with much-needed insight. But with the change in pricing and lack of product improvements, it's hard to justify the monthly cost.

Nice UI. I appreciate dynamic heat maps. Some features not intuitive.

Comentarios: pretty nice. I haven't used the paid version long term because I'm cheap.
I would like to have more control over what displays in my dashboard, since I am not using parts of the product, and I just have to bypass it to find the nested info I want to find.

The pretty UI. Then, dynamic heat maps.

Contras:

I dont like the difficulty in finding things. The IA or taxonomy are things I need to memorize, rather than intuit.

Great product, but I wish there was more.

Comentarios: 90% Positive, I'm left wanting more often than not as we have far too many platforms doing too many things. If there was say a in-built way to marry up orders placed on a e-commerce site to the recording of their journey through the site that would be the best case scenario for us.

The customer support uses in heatmaps and live chat are the key reasons for us to purchase Lucky Orange.

Contras:

The pre-made integrations for Bigcommerce seem to leave us wanting. The support and developer docs feel stale and lacking also. The support team itself was very helpful when I had to reach out to them, I'm referring specifically about the support docs at https://help-preview.luckyorange.com/ as all the answers are rather generic.

The heatmapping and website analysis tool you need for your business

Comentarios: It has been quite good and was a good transition away from another provider we used to have that didn't really give us the information we needed.

I like that it provides a very easy display of your heatmapping so that you can make changes and adjustments to your site/landing pages for better conversion.

Contras:

The funnel feature doesn't seem to work at all. It doesn't accurately track how far people make it through your funnel...and the data retention that Lucky Orange has is quite minimal. It'd be great if we could see data that extends beyond 60 days...

We've been using Lucky Orange for about a year, and it's been incredibly helpful for understanding our website. The heat maps and recordings provide insights that Google Analytics just can't match. The only negative is the time it takes to load heat maps and recordings, otherwise its all good.

Nice Heatmaps & Funnel Stats

The heatmaps are awesome because they show exactly where users are most engaged across desktop, tablet and mobile devices. The funnel completion stats are another highlight—they clearly show where people are dropping off in the process. Overall, Lucky Orange makes it easy to understand and enhance user experience, leading to better conversions.

Contras:

I think one area with some room for improvement is the scroll screenshots. Sometimes they don’t load correctly and can take a while to generate, which can be a bit inconvenient.

Lucky Orange is a "Must Have" reporting element of every website.

Comentarios: Lucky Orange has allowed us to better manage content throughout our website since we know where people click and where people scroll on each page.

The critical features I use are the heat map, click map, and screen recording tools.

Contras:

I think the thing I like least about Lucky Orange is that they offer a lot of other tools that I don't use or care about which can make navigation around the dashboard a tad bit more complicated, but it's a minor complaint.

Contras:

Not all of my recordings are captured. I've had several instances where something failed and a recording couldn't be captured.

I need to drive the success of the insights ie. it requires my time. The most precious commodity

Strong Product, Stronger Support

Team support is excellent. Products perform as advertised. Information is highly assistive in supporting usage of and conversion inside of the web page.

Contras:

Some pre-built filters and tools are not universally applicable (i.e. many "angry customers" are not actually angry, etc...)
