Until they finish updating this booking system. This is not the booking system for you. > > Could this be a great booking system absolutely, but they have a lot of growth to get there. I’m a little more old fashioned. I like to do things from a computer. I like looking at things on a bigger screen and I also type much faster on a keyboard than my phone. Even though they have a “desk top version” it is almost useless. If you’re wanting to make settings changes to you app from a desk top, the chances from the desk top may not save. Forms: You can send intake forms to clients E-mail, so they have the option to fill the forms out on their computer or phone. However, if you want to fill out an internal form from your pocketsuit desk top to add to a client’s profile, for some reason, I couldn’t get the form to save. The only way for me to add a form to a client file, would be for me to fill it out on my phone. I refuse to fill out forms on my phone when I type 3 times faster on a key board. They’re marketing campaigns: If you are sending a marketing campaigns by text to clients they look fine. If you are sending the marketing campaigns to a clients email, they look like they came from a telemarketer or from a spam bot. They use this wired block text form that I don’t feel looks very professional. If you don’t want a credit card required when clients book, this is CERTAINLY not the software for you. Once you turn that feature on you can’t turn it back off. I have had to reset my credit card requirements time and time again. There is one of two reason I think my credit card settings keep being changed. Either the coding of there software is written in such a way that the credit card feature can’t be turned off, or every time they update pocketsuite, it changes your settings without your knowledge. Either way this is unbelievable frustrating. Which brings me to updates. This is why you should give this company a year before you join them. They are constantly adding things, changing things, which is great until they change all your settings without you knowing. I have NEVER allowed clients to do online same day appointments. Clients are welcome to call for a same day appointment, but booking online isn’t something I allow. They did an update to their calendar booking, THEY CHANGED all my settings. All of a sudden my booking requirements were changed. I had someone book, without me knowledge, for a same day appointment. Thank god I only live 8 minutes from work, but I was completely caught off guard by this. I was scrambling to get out of my house and I was late to my appointment. You want to talk about unprofessionalism. I’m building a BRAND NEW business and I was late to a new clients appointment. Last but not least there online booking from a computer. If you have clients that like to book from a computer, don’t use this software. I am booking my own clients because people think that my booking page is for returning clients only. They have a page, from the desk top version, that is telling you to put your phone number in to log into your account. So my new clients are texting me asking if I can book their appointments for them. It is packed with ways to conduct business. I have a dedicated line, and administer most appointments, invoices, contracts and payments via text. I am able to get deposits before showing up, reducing no shows to null. The reports daily let you know where you stand on production and it reminds you to bill for visits you have completed. They keep adding functions. I could add employees too, but for now a full office suite conducted via text. Credit card processing good rate and prompt deposits. Great for small entrepreneurs. Also lets you track lead sources, costs and inventory capabilities, sales tax and send group text announcements to reengage your clients. > > **Puntos en contra**: Haven't mastered getting reports out of the system yet.
