Puntos a favor:

Como CRM para pequeñas empresas, tiene mucha variedad en la automatización de tareas. Es fácil de utilizar, y se aprende rápido, lo cual es positivo para seguimiento de los leads y cuentas nuevas. También me ha gustado que lo incluyes con gmail y outlook.

Contras:

Cuando eres pequeño y necesitas 1 app para todo, me resultó un poco limitada. También el servicio técnico deja mucho que desear, ya que tardan en contestar.

Comentarios: Al principio puede ser abrumadora todas las opciones que permite, pero según lo vas usando cada vez le sacas mayor partido y vas descubriendo las enormes posibilidades que ofrece!

Puntos a favor:

Aunque finalmente no fue la opción que escogimos, si fue uno de los candidatos finales. Tiene todo lo que le puedes pedir a un CRM y más! A destacar el equipo de soporte, siempre atento y dispuesto a resolver todas las dudas que te sirjan.

Contras:

Realmente no es un problema como tal, pero es un CRM con muchísimas opciones y inicialmente es muchísimas información a asimilar para comenzar a usarlo, pero a su vez la documentación e instrucciones son muy completas, además del equipo de soporte son ágiles y resolutivos.

"Para impugnar un cargo que no modificarán, tuve que ponerme en contacto con el proveedor de mi tarjeta de crédito y desactivar mi tarjeta. De forma predeterminada, la facturación automática está activada para la cuenta".

Reliable and cost effective platform

Comentarios: Overall experience is great. it is providing efficient services by automation our sales. I also appreciate the way it lets us track the sales activities.

I really like the way it keeps the sales sequences and automates them. Making sales pipelines is not a big task on Freshsales. I would say this is one of the best CRM platforms am using. Moreover, the synchronizing system of the calendar works amazingly, if I talk about the pricing of Freshsales it is cost-effective and affordable product.

Contras:

To be honest it is working perfectly, before some months I was having some issues with add-ons but after getting assistance from its customer support I resolved the issue easily, so yes now there are no cons to write here.

Freshsales. Fresh start.

Comentarios: This was our company's first CRM. We still enjoy Freshsales, but often find quirks and areas for improvement that we sent to our representative. There have been advancements since we started with Fresh, but would love to know more insight on what's to come in the next year and three-year plan, so we can prepare and know how the system will improve over time.

Up front, nothing seems overcomplicated. It has the essentials we need to track business on the sales side. Those who tend to support tickets are quite helpful. Happy with the timely, honest support we receive!

Contras:

As with any system, there are areas of improvement, wishes for changes, and improvements we would love to see implemented. I wish there were more transparent check-ins telling us upcoming changes that are being worked on in the background. I also wish we were notified when updates were going to run so that could better prepare when "Blackout" periods are going to take place during the workday.

Comentarios: Overall Freshsales is a great CRM tool for a new startup to base its sales department.

Puntos a favor:

It has a great feature list. Right from adding contacts/leads to the platform, managing lead lifecycle through tasks and creating deals to incentivise the cycle, its a very easy to use platform.

Contras:

The pricing for Freshsales has to be revised as per Indian Geography. Also some basic features like Campaign Management for automated outreach is not present.

Professional experience on working with freshsales

Comentarios: I worked with builder.ai where in a lot of customers used to come in for applications which can be customised. Tracking such leads was done through freshsales. We were able to successfully get a lot of leads using this tool

Since the company I was working with was very much into building customer relationships, this product proved beneficial. Tracking customer records is the best part about it

Contras:

After sales, customer support is not very extensive. Hence maintenance of long term relationships may hamper

Great CRM for Start Ups

It was very easy to implement. We setup email sequences quickly and starting automating sales tasks in just a few minutes.

Contras:

The only issue I have had is I like to export our contacts and conduct my own reporting in Excel. It’s difficult to export contacts and you are limited to the amount of times you can export a day and you don’t have the ability to filter who is exported.

Easy Automation

Comentarios: Created marketing campaigns to predict sales, created scenarios to see the different results, created templates from scratch with the team to see what else we can do for more.

Puntos a favor:

The design and the usage of salesforce automation feature makes Freshsales the best as it has the simplest but most effective features that enables you to create, customize, modify, and monitor sales activities. Creating several marketing campaigns in a short time is also another best feature of Freshsales, the team can work on them and generate reports to high management and even it can give you a prediction of a campaign over a time line. Integration with other products on another hand is also very usable as we used it with other software which worked fine.

Contras:

The version updates could be a headache for larger companies, migration could take a few months, customer support after sales should be much faster.

Deeply regret signing up for Freshsales

Comentarios: I have never experienced customer service THIS bad before. Total and complete incompetence. We have been using Freshsales for about a year, and it's been nothing but glitchy and problematic. NOTHING is ever resolved, support tickets are left open for weeks, and their customer support team blames their issues on the customer instead of fixing the problem. Their customer support chat will fail mid-conversation, and then the whole chat history is lost. This has wasted HOURS of my valuable time and cost our business money. Freshworks' support team does not have any clue what they are talking about. In the rare chance you *can* get in touch with them, their "solutions" do not work, and when I show them how/why it doesn't work, they don't believe me. It is infuriating to have spent so much money and time on software that our business now relies on only for it to be a huge mistake.

Puntos a favor:

Right now, their lack of customer service is canceling out any benefits Freshsales might have had.

Contras:

Glitchy program and TERRIBLE customer service.

Comentarios: Aside from the onboarding process, we enjoy using Freshsales and believe it's worth it to manage your contacts and leads. Freshsales is a great platform to use with any sales pipeline.

When I started using Freshsales with my team, we get amazed with the simplicity of the CRM and the flexibility of features and options with each contact. Also, we enjoyed the integration with Freshdesk support and assistance platform.

Contras:

The onboarding was a little bit long, it took around 3 days, even though we started with a few contacts by then. I hope they improve the onboarding time or change the methodology to enroll using Freshsales.

Missing things rivals do well

Comentarios: Not great. Customer service is excellent, though!
Things I think should be basic (or I used in Pipedrive) just don't exist or don't work in Freshsales.

Puntos a favor:

What it has is pretty easy to use, and finally with the addition of timeline view, getting different views is good. Creating reports is not easy, although very powerful.

Contras:

Mail integration is pointless for me. If set to 'auto', all emails from a client appear on all of their deals, rather than having intelligent algorithms that are deal-specific. Also, no search function on email page immediately makes have email sync pointless for me. Sync is slow. I can add a deal, or a contact, but often won't appear in searches for a long time, so I can't start linking emails or creating new deals.

I hate that when you have custom sales activity you can only have one field set for all of these. Also the scope of access is not so much customizable, of course it offers some basic things but nothing more that that. Also come on, why can't I report those custom sales activities?

Comentarios: Freshsales has been a blessing for our organization. I am sure if I was using it more frequently, I would not have any concerns. Most of my concerns or difficulties come from lack of use. I would encourage you to give Freshsales a try!

Everything about this CRM is easy to use. Customer Support has been exceptional! Zoom style support calls have been instrumental in the use of Freshsales. Customer Chat and support email chains are managed quite well and timely.

Contras:

Perhaps I need more training however, I find certain fields difficult to create.

Been using it for about two weeks so far and the layout is very nice. Still need to get used to the interface but it is easier to use than HubSpot.

With quite an extensive database, I feel like HubSpot loads everything faster than Freshsales.

Comentarios: My overall Freshsales experience has been excellent. It is simple to use, has a wide range of features, and provides excellent customer service.

What I liked best about Freshsales was its simple user interface and comprehensive set of features for managing customer relationships and tracking sales progress.

Contras:

The fact that Freshsales is a subscription-based service, which can be expensive depending on the number of users, is my least favorite feature.

Freshsales is a GREAT sales CRM for under $10M in revenue

Comentarios: I have built startup sales teams, and I would have chosen this over all of the other startup-class CRMs out there. It may not last forever, but in my opinion it will last many until they are closing $10+ in annual revenue.

Puntos a favor:

You can manage deals, deal stages, forecasting, and a lot more extremely well within this tool. It is surprisingly strong as a standard sales CRM and will meet most, if not all needs, for a small to mid-size company. It is a stronger offering that many that target this same segment.

Contras:

There is a lack of global integrations that make life easier, and as needs get more complex in reporting, deal structure, etc. Also, in the prospecting stages, it simply doesn't do well enough in tracking (which may again be an issue of integration, but is problematic). Leads are better tracked in another tool.
