You end up becoming dependent on support from eTollFree and that is where your fate becomes sealed. To call their ticket taking process support would be to give it too much credit. Someone takes tikcets and they sit around for a while and then you follow back up and they say its done when nothing is done. then you open a new ticket and start the cycle again. > > Our objective was to manage multiple blended lines of business as a service provider ourselves using this technology to support our clients. The fax feature also did not work for more than two years. > > I've been with eTollFree for over 4 years and I give them one single star for pricing. After they updated their TOS which I disagreed to, they refused to refund my money. You must pre-load your account, and naturally you would load plenty at once for convenience and to limit service charges. However, eTollFree will refuse to refund your money if you loaded it more than 90 days ago. They robbed me.
