Contras:

Únicamente se pueden enviar tres documentos de forma gratuita.

Integración fàcil y flexible

Puntos a favor:

La documentación API, disponible desde el minuto 0. En nuestro caso era importante porque teníamos previsto un uso más orientado a integración con nuestro ERP que al uso de la interficie de usuario web.

Contras:

Un tema que podrían mejorar es ampliar a más de una URL de webhooks, de manera que podamos introducir tanto el entorno de desarrollo como el entorno de producción.

Lo que mas me ha gustado del software es la posibilidad de implementar la firma electronica para poder realizar los cobros a clientes que residen en localidades aledañas y que por algun otro motivo no puedan concurrir a nuestra sede central.

Contras:

No tengo comentarios negativos sobre el software.

La facilidad de uso, poder incorporar varios tipos de firmas digitales, de imagen, por iniciales. Facilidad para hacer llegar a otros usuarios para que incorporen sus firmas en cualquier tipo de documento.

Su facilidad de uso hace que no encuentre nada negativo en ella

Xodo Sign is easy to use and understand for us, I loved how it makes preparing and sending contracts for required digtial signatures a quick process. Xodo Sign builds trust between all parties involved in the signing, as its authentication capabilities are excellent, and the links are secure. I loved the signature status updates with Xodo Sign , as they speed up the necessary actions to avoid delays.

Contras:

Everything is easy, no negatives to hinder the efficient management of digtial signatures.

Easy to setup, work with, and administer

Comentarios: Xodo sign has been a great experience. The ability to have multiple people sign one document while providing a centralized digital location gives us the ability for a quick turn around on documents, whether it is a contract or proposal or something else we have found that Xodo sign gives us the ability to administer the document more effectively and our stakeholders find Xodo sign convenient and easy to use as there is no physical document to ship or mail somewhere and the process is straight forward. The free trial is a great way to get familiar with the program without any risk to you as a user, it allows up to 3 documents a month giving you the ability to review the process with different documents. Our experience has allowed us to find a solution to providing legally binding e-signatures without the expensive subscriptions that other programs require being able to have contracts signed by clients electronically helps us look like we are using the latest technologies in our business.

Puntos a favor:

Xodo is very easy to work with. The preparation, sending and tracking of documents is straightforward and quickly to understand. My clients are also happy with it. It helps me to follow up on contracts and makes the signature process much easier.

Contras:

Too early to say what I don't like about Xodo Sign. I have being using it from the beginning of April, so at the moment I cannot say what I don't like, because I am still learning my way. The limiting number of documents could be a con depending on your business, but the subscription plans are more than affordable.

Best option for document signing at every price point

Comentarios: Everything went very smoothly with the free version when signed on a desktop! I l thought it was extremely simple to upload my document I already created on my laptop, add the fields necessary to sign & then send to my client. I also really liked the ability to upload my colors, logo & branding to make the whole process feel very integrated to my personal business :)

Puntos a favor:

I love that I was able to meet my needs with the free version since I don't use it too often but I ended up really liking it & would use it for future business document signing needs for sure!

Contras:

Only issue I ran into was a client tried signing the document on a mobile device & the page just didn't load properly. If this wasn't something included in the free version that's totally fine but it would be nice to see a notification instead of just freezing halfway down when scrolling through the doc

Xodo Sign simply works

Comentarios: Overall, Xodo Sign does the job at a reasonable price and is a tool I know works, which is pretty much what I was looking for.

Xodo Sign is a straightforward and reliable tool for digital signatures. Its simplicity works for all my needs.

Contras:

I feel the design of the website and the dashboard are a bit dated and could use a refresh.

My Ugandan friend had some problems with signing up. He eventually managed, but it took a while.

Great experience!

Comentarios: I worked with a tax strategy company that sent me documents to sign via Xodo. That was my first interaction with Xodo and it was very intuitive.

Puntos a favor:

It was very simple and easy to use. Like Docusign and was had a friendly UI.

Contras:

In the interaction I had with Xodo, there wasn't anything that stuck out as something I didn't like. I'm sure there are capabilities I didn't explore but to sign documents it did the job.

Xodo Sign Your Best Choice

Comentarios: Overall it is a tool that aids our business in delivering deals and effectively finishing them with ability to sign electronically through this medium.

I like the organization of the documents and the reminder that Xodo can send out based on what we chose. The templates are very helpful to save time. It is a tool that is simple to use and quick to master delivering great experince for usage.

Contras:

There is no feature we did not like. Everything was working well

Easy e-signature platform to get documents signed at no cost

Puntos a favor:

I started using Xodo Sign for capturing client signatures on my service agreements. What I liked is that there are helpful support videos for getting started and the platform is free for up to 5 documents, making it cost effective. I didn't need to use their templates since I could upload my own PDFs for e-signature. It's easy to select signature and data fields within the document and can choose to route them to signers in a certain order. Helpful notifications let you know when someone views or completes the form.

Contras:

Being restricted to only 5 documents was limiting for scaling my service business. It would also be nice to see an agreement preview from the signer side prior to sending out to ensure fields display properly.

Xodo Sign

Comentarios: We needed a product to help streamline getting documents signed.
After reviewing seven products, I decided to go with Xodo Sign, super easy to setup and use.

Puntos a favor:

Love the ability to have more signer and also in which order a document is signed. It allows templates and the ability to edit Word docs without needing work. I also really like the mobile and that it is cross platform.

Contras:

Really no cons that I can think of, it is a really solid program.

I like the free trial I was able to test it the product and I liked the ease of application and price better than docusign.

I don't have any as of yet. I haven't d to utilize customer service at so I will update at that time.

Easy to use and great for small businesses

Comentarios: So far a very positive experience. The ease of use is very important to me.

I love how easy Zodo Sign is. Importing my documents and setting them up is simple. I love the dashboard feature and being able to see important criteria such as signatures awaiting, completed, and how many documents I have sent.

Contras:

I have not experienced any cons yet but if I do I will update my review.

Xodo Sign has been a game changer! Start up docs are back quicker than ever!

Comentarios: This has made it easier for customers to get their necessary documents back to me quickly to get an account set up!

The capability that Xodo has to not only create multiple custom templates, but also the ability to quickly created a new custom form if needed is great.

Contras:

I can't really think of anything that I don't like about Xodo sign.
