It’s very easy to use. You can manage multiple accounts on here, and you can easily track success of influencer campaigns. It took a week to get a resolution on something that’s was really urgent to get an influencer working on a time-sensitive campaign. There was an error with the software that had to be fixed by support. It’s easy to use, has a sleek user friendly design, and offers so many features\! Many other options are very underdeveloped, and this one has been really seamless to use. It took 5 days to get a response on an urgent issue that needed resolved to allow an influencer to complete their work. I had to email them 3 times to get a response as well. It’s very functional and increases efficiency. It helps keep track of traffic and sales from influencers and manage all of their information.
