I could view all other mentor/mentee activity but we often had to rely on zoom or google meet because we were unable to get a meeting scheduled within mentor cloud. For virtual mentoring as well, the addition of breakout rooms would be a nice added feature as we only had the capability to do group meetings.

All of these tools make building a community easy and providing resources even easier. I love that you can communicate with participants solely through the platform. This helps with keeping personal information private and keeping program messaging organized.

> **Puntos en contra**: I don't like that fireside chats cannot be recorded and shared. If we are going to have high-level keynote speakers hosting chats I would love the opportunity to reuse that content in the future. Specifically for my program, I don't like that mentees and mentors can request matches themselves. I think this causes confusion for everyone involved.

> MentorCloud's software is very expansive. There are so many features to work with on the platform. I think the platform would be a great value add for almost any kind of business for internal or external mentorship and training programs. Their customer support team is excellent and goes above and beyond to create materials, train and follow up with the participants, and plan and brainstorm ways to make the program better. They are just selling software, they are selling an experience. I have loved working with this team and their product\!

I think this product is needed in today's day and age given mental illness is increasing steadily. With this platform, I am sure we can help create a community where we can support each other. 🙏🏽
