The GOAT team support for me directly and through regular updates and subscriber meetings. The system is growing and improving all the time. My Board love the reports. It has made my risk management so much more efficient.

This coupled with the responsiveness of the GOAT team for any issue and the way features and improvements can be suggested and discussed, means it feels like they are a partner in the Risk Management team rather than just another software vendor. The fact that they manage to deliver this level of service for such great price really is a testament to the organisation.

> **Puntos en contra**: Very little as the constant improvements seem to resolve most issues. For example risk review dates were a bit clunky but GOAT took on feedback from clients and redesigned this to give much more granular control.
